Design render of a 20×40 corner trade show booth: corner booth with sculpted wood lounge and mosaic bar
About this design

Why choose PX-682

Sculpted yellow and black fins arch overhead like a theater curtain in this long corner booth, giving it a look no visitor will confuse with a standard back wall. Inside, flowing wood-slat walls, a mosaic swing alcove and a stocked bar create three distinct moods along one aisle frontage. This is a design for hospitality-heavy exhibitors, such as affiliate networks, gaming and entertainment companies, who measure success in long conversations, return visits and photos taken at the booth.

How the space works

At the corner entry, a wavy slatted-wood reception counter greets visitors under a lit header. Walking along the booth, guests pass a large gold letter sculpture into a café area of white chairs and round tables, backed by a curving wood-slat lounge wall with a TV and bench. Further down, a bartender works behind a slatted bar with bottle shelves and mosaic walls. At the far end, a hanging swing seat in a colorful mosaic alcove gives visitors a natural place to sit and take photos.

Best for

  • Affiliate, gaming and entertainment companies that host partners over drinks
  • Hospitality and travel brands that want an immersive lounge feel
  • Exhibitors who want a photo spot that visitors share
  • Brands with yellow, gold or warm palettes

What stands out

  • Layered yellow and black arch fins along the top, which give the booth a unique outline from down the aisle
  • Parametric wood-slat walls and counters with a wave pattern, adding warmth and texture
  • Hanging swing in a mosaic tile alcove, a ready-made photo spot that keeps people at the booth

Make it yours

  • Replace the gold letter sculpture with your own logo initial or mascot
  • Change the fin colors from yellow to your brand color
  • Convert the bar into a coffee station if alcohol is not allowed at your show

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-682 is 8,100 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-682

Can this work as an inline instead of a corner?

The design is built around two open sides. It can be adapted to a long inline, but the corner entry and one side's sightlines would change.

Is the swing safe for visitors?

The swing hangs from the booth structure and is built to carry a seated adult. Some venues have extra rules for moving fixtures, so we confirm with the show before building.
