Design render of a 20×40 island trade show booth: island booth with two curved hanging signs and feature wall
About this design

Why choose PX-632

Two curved hanging signs float over this island like banners on a ship, and a wood-slat feature wall with a TV anchors the centre. The structure is kept light on purpose, so long open stretches of floor stay free for people. Bar tables and stools sit along the edges, which makes it a good fit for a team that wants to meet many visitors briefly and show one strong message on screen, instead of walking them through a big product line.

How the space works

The curved signs catch the eye first, one over each end of the island. Visitors come in along the open edges and find bar tables and stools where short meetings happen. The wood-slat feature wall with the TV sits in the middle and works as the main brand moment. At one end a brick-look tower with a door gives staff somewhere to store stock out of sight, and the lit graphic panels at each end close off the aisle views and show your imagery.

Best for

  • Brands with one clear message or film that works well on a single large screen
  • Apparel, safety or workwear companies that show products on mannequins or racks of their own
  • Exhibitors who want plenty of open floor for banners, mannequins or a demo
  • Teams that meet visitors standing or perched at bar-height tables

What stands out

  • Curved hanging signs break up the straight lines of the hall and are visible from both ends of the aisle
  • The wood-slat feature wall adds warmth and texture, and the mounted TV gives it a changing message
  • The tower with a door at one end gives staff a closed storage space without adding a full room

Make it yours

  • Dress the open floor with mannequins, racks or a vehicle, since the layout leaves a lot of free space
  • Change the wall slats to a different wood finish or paint them in a brand colour
  • Add a lockable cabinet beside the tower for samples and personal items

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-632 is 5,550 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-632

Does the tower with a door lock?

It has a door and is meant for storage. Whether it locks with a key can be arranged on request, so ask about it when you enquire.

Is there enough room to bring in my own display?

Yes, the layout is deliberately sparse so you can place your own pieces. Keep any items under the hanging signs within your show's height rules.
