Design render of a 20×40 island trade show booth: island booth with pergola frames and tall center tower
About this design

Why choose PX-629

A tall square tower in the middle splits this island into two relaxed seating pods, each under its own white pergola frame. Pendant globe lights hang beneath the slats, grey sofas and armchairs surround slatted wood coffee tables, and a lit L-shaped reception counter faces the aisle. Round bistro tables with clear shell chairs sit at the open end. It is a lounge more than a stand, and made for firms that sell with conversation.

How the space works

The tower with its sign box is visible over the whole hall. At its feet, the two pergola frames shelter pods of grey sofas and armchairs, each with a slatted coffee table and a globe light. A lit L-shaped reception counter sits near the aisle edge. The tower's printed face lists services in short lines, so visitors can see what you offer before sitting. Two bistro tables with clear chairs sit at one end for quick, casual meetings.

Best for

  • Finance, real estate and professional-services firms that sell by conversation
  • Exhibitors who want two lounge pods rather than one big room
  • Teams that value comfort and quiet over screens and product
  • Companies who need a tall tower to carry service lists and a logo

What stands out

  • Tall center tower with sign box: a clear landmark and a place to list your services
  • White pergola frames with slats: give each lounge a defined, roof-like space without enclosing it
  • Pendant globe lights: soften the seating areas and bring a warm glow

Make it yours

  • Recolour the slate blue backdrop panels to your brand colour
  • Change the sofa fabrics and coffee tables to match your look
  • Add a screen to one pod for a short presentation

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-629 is 7,600 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
