Design render of a 20×50 island trade show booth: island booth with rectangular hanging sign and large led header wall
About this design

Why choose PX-641

At one end of this 20x50 island stands a two-storey-looking block with a wide LED wall across the top and closed rooms underneath. The rest of the floor is deliberately open, laid out as a big meeting lounge with round tables, white chairs and tall graphic towers. It is an easy booth to understand: one end shouts with video, the other end welcomes with a reception counter, and the middle is all about sitting down and talking.

How the space works

The LED wall above the enclosed rooms is visible from far down the aisle and draws visitors to the end of the island. The open floor invites them in to a lounge of round tables and white chairs, with two armchairs for a more private chat. The glass-walled meeting room with a TV handles formal meetings, while the storage room keeps stock and bags out of sight. Tall graphic towers sit along the floor, and a reception counter at the far end greets everyone.

Best for

  • Companies that book a large number of meetings and need many round tables
  • Exhibitors who want a big video wall as a beacon over a crowded hall
  • Teams that need one closed meeting room and one lockable storage room
  • Software, service or finance brands that sell by conversation, not by demo

What stands out

  • The raised LED wall over the rooms makes use of vertical space and keeps the floor free for seating
  • Eight round tables with chairs give high seating capacity, one of the strongest hosting layouts in this size range
  • A glass meeting room and a separate storage room give both a show-face and a back-office

Make it yours

  • Add a branded runner or carpet change to separate the lounge from the reception end
  • Use the tall graphic towers for case studies and customer quotes
  • Replace some round tables with a presentation corner by adding a screen

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-641 is 10,600 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-641

Does the LED wall need special rigging?

A video wall on a raised structure needs secure fixing and power. Your show or venue may have rules on height and structure, so confirm them.

How many people can the lounge seat?

The layout includes eight round tables with thirty chairs, but comfortable capacity depends on how closely you place them and on local fire rules.
