Design render of a 30×30 island trade show booth: island booth with large overhead canopy and curved bar counter
About this design

Why choose PX-638

A big overhead ring with LED stars on its underside hangs over this 30x30 island like a night sky, and a curved blue bar counter wraps around the corner beneath it. Glass display tables with red frames and lit panels show small, high-value items. It is a boutique-style booth for products that are looked at closely, such as eyewear, jewellery or fashion accessories, and where a drink and a chat help close the sale.

How the space works

From the aisle, visitors look up to the canopy ring and its glowing underside, then walk toward the curved blue bar counter where staff serve small displays and espresso. Glass-top tables with red frames let people look at products from above, and a tall graphic wall cluster with wall racks holds more stock behind. Two lit free-standing panels guide traffic, and a meeting table with stools sits to one side for sales talks. Black carpet makes the color and lighting stand out.

Best for

  • Eyewear, jewellery, watch, cosmetics or accessories brands that need glass display tables
  • Luxury and design-led exhibitors that want an evening-boutique mood
  • Companies that serve coffee or drinks from a back bar
  • Teams that want large header signs on four sides of a ceiling frame

What stands out

  • The overhead canopy with a starry LED underside gives a lit ceiling effect that sets the mood before a visitor reaches the counter
  • A 24 ft curved bar counter doubles as a display case and a service point
  • The back-bar with an espresso machine and glass shelving keeps hospitality at the heart of the booth

Make it yours

  • Replace the four header signs with your logo and a tagline
  • Swap the blue counter finish for a brand color or a stone-look surface
  • Fill the wall racks and glass tables with your collection and light them with the spare spotlights

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-638 is 8,800 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-638

Does the starry ceiling need special power?

It is a lit panel under the canopy and needs a power connection. Confirm electrical supply and any overhead rules for your show.

Can staff serve coffee from the back-bar?

The back-bar is built for an espresso machine. Whether you may serve drinks is a venue and show decision, so check licensing and any caterer exclusivity.
