Design render of a 30×50 island trade show booth: island booth with two hanging signs and video wall lounge
About this design

Why choose PX-685

Half showroom and half lounge, this large island puts working vehicles on a painted road section while the other side becomes a welcoming red waiting area. Two square hanging signs mark both zones from far across the hall. Sweeping red arch frames shape the lounge, and a video-window wall sets the scene behind it. It is made for industrial, construction, fleet and aviation-service companies that need to show big equipment and still have a comfortable place to sit down with buyers.

How the space works

Visitors first notice the road-graphic floor, where trucks, an excavator and a roller sit behind a red logo frame. Crossing to the other half, they reach curved reception counters at the corners. Inside the lounge, rows of airport-style benches face a video-window wall, while a sofa, cubes and bistro tables offer more relaxed seating. A floor-standing TV runs presentations near the back, and the sweeping red arches overhead tie the space together.

Best for

  • Construction, municipal and fleet vehicle suppliers
  • Industrial services firms working with airports or infrastructure
  • Exhibitors who need floor space for large machinery
  • Companies that host many buyer meetings alongside a product display

What stands out

  • Road-graphic carpet section that frames vehicles as if they were on site
  • Two square hanging signs, one over each zone, so both halves read clearly from a distance
  • Sweeping red arch frames with a video-window wall, giving the lounge a strong outline

Make it yours

  • Swap the road graphic for a jobsite, airfield or warehouse floor print
  • Replace the airport benches with more bistro tables for a café feel
  • Add a demo screen beside the vehicles for walkaround videos

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-685 is 18,400 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-685

Can heavy vehicles be placed in the booth?

Usually yes, but halls have floor-load limits and rules on fuel and batteries. Move-in for large machinery is scheduled with the show, so share your equipment list early.

Will the hanging signs need rigging?

Yes. Both signs hang from the hall ceiling and need venue-approved rigging, typically ordered through the show's official contractor. Costs and rules vary by venue.
