Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Key dates
- Early February 2027: Design sign-off; drawings for any covered or multilevel element filed with the San Antonio Fire Department.
- February–March 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY; microscope mounts and instrument holders built from your equipment specs.
- Week of March 22, 2027: Booth and fixtures ship to the advance warehouse in San Antonio.
- April 12–13, 2027: Move-in; our on-site team installs and runs the pre-show walkthrough with your demo units in place.
- April 14–17, 2027: Show days; a Purple project manager is on call for the whole run.
- April 17–18, 2027: Dismantle, equipment packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

Checklist
- Send Purple your booth number, footprint and the AAE floor plan
- List every microscope, imaging unit and instrument going on display, with dimensions and weights
- Decide how many demonstrations run at once and who staffs each station
- Choose the hero product family for the aisle graphic
- Send logo, brand palette, product photography and approved demo content
- Approve the concept rendering, lighting plan and close-up camera test
- Book rooms at the Grand Hyatt or another River Walk hotel
- Plan file restocking, secure storage and the return shipment
