Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space: $50 per sq ft, ACC.27 (2027) rate
- ExpoSuite space: $55 per sq ft, ACC.27 (2027) rate
- Two-story exhibit surcharge: $13 per sq ft of the whole space, 2027 rules

Key dates
- Island diagrams, hanging sign and truss requests, giveaways and EAC forms due to ACC: March 9, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late January 2027
- December 10, 2026: ACC.27 space balance due and the online Exhibitor Service Kit opens; we pull your Freeman targets and forms from it.
- Late January 2027: Design sign-off; island diagram, hanging sign drawing, booth activities and EAC paperwork prepared.
- February to early March 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; Freeman discount orders placed by March 2 and filings sent by March 9.
- By March 26, 2027: Crates arrive at the Freeman advance warehouse in Houston, which opens for receiving on February 25.
- April 5–9, 2027: Hanging truss targets April 5, move-in April 6–9; our project manager leads the build and the booth is ready by 8 a.m. April 10.
- April 10–14, 2027: Expo days April 10–12, dismantle from 2 p.m. Monday, all material packed and out by noon Wednesday, April 14.

Checklist
- Pay the ACC.27 space balance by December 10, 2026 and send us your booth number and hall
- List every device and console to demo, with weight and power, so we plan around the floor boxes
- Decide by late January whether an island needs a walled room within ACC's 40 percent limit
- Collect approved claims and images, and plan any cardiology quiz for the March 9 activities form
- Choose educational, modest-value giveaways and register them by March 9, 2027
- Book staff rooms in the ACC block before it closes on March 18, 2027
- Send ACC any promotional piece for approval by March 19, 2027
- Reserve an ExpoSuite if you plan hospitality, since alcohol is allowed only there
