Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires

- Booth space, linear: $3,500 per 10×10, 2027 rate
- Corner upgrade: $325 per corner, 2027 rate
- Booth space, island: $43.75 per sq ft, 2027 rate

Key dates
- Island schematics, EDC authorization and booth activities forms due to ACP: February 25, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: January 2027
- November 2, 2026: Priority point deadline: contracts in by this date are placed by priority points on the Hall GHJ floor plan.
- December 11, 2026: Last day to hold space with a 50% deposit; after it, full payment and a 100% cancellation forfeit apply.
- January 2027: Design sign-off; ACP releases the Exhibitor Service Manual and we place Freeman orders for carpet, electrical and material handling.
- February 25, 2027: Island schematics, EDC authorization, booth activities, market research and unofficial events forms due; production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days.
- April 12–14, 2027: Installation from Monday 1 p.m. to Wednesday 5 p.m.; carpet down by 4 p.m. Wednesday and the booth tested before you land.
- April 15–19, 2027: Show days Thursday to Saturday 1:30 p.m., dismantle through Monday noon, freight out on your return plan.

Checklist
- Send your contract by November 2, 2026 for priority placement, or hold space with 50% by December 11
- List every product, device and screen with dimensions and power needs
- Decide whether you need a 400-square-foot island so demonstrations are allowed
- Send approved clinical claims, generic names and the medical affairs pack for graphic proofing
- Choose giveaways under $10 and any raffle prize of $300 or less for the February 25 form
- Approve the island schematic before February 25, 2027
- Book rooms through onPeak before March 18, 2027
- Set lead retrieval fields: practice setting, specialty and requested follow-up
