Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space, linear: $3,900 per 10×10 increment, 2027 rate
- Booth space, island: $41 per sq ft ($16,400 for a 20×20), 2027 rate
- Corner fee and extra badges: $200 per open corner; $300 per badge over allotment, 2027
- Drayage: About $176 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, Purple venue-guide figure for 2026–2027
Key dates
- Island blueprints, hanging sign drawings, EAC notice and certificate of insurance due to ASCRS: February 10, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early January 2027
- Early January 2027: Design sign-off; final booth payment to ASCRS by January 8.
- By February 10, 2027: Island blueprints, elevation and hanging sign drawing, plus the EAC notice and certificate of insurance, filed with the ASCRS Exhibits Team.
- February to early March 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; laser station, sign panels and observer screens built and tested.
- March 2027: Freight to the Freeman advance warehouse; raffle requests by March 5 and giveaway approvals by March 10.
- March 29 to April 1, 2027: Move-in 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; flooring down and booth occupied by 5 p.m. Thursday, April 1, with Friday morning kept for final touches.
- April 2–7, 2027: Exhibits April 2–4; move-out from 5 p.m. Sunday through 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 7, then storage or your next meeting.

Checklist
- Send us your ASCRS booth number and footprint, and pay the balance by January 8, 2027
- List every device with dimensions, weight, power and FDA status, so investigational panels are printed
- Flag every laser so we file the Laser Safety Use form
- Decide between an in-booth meeting area and a Business Suite for ASOA conversations
- Submit raffle requests by March 5 and giveaway approvals by March 10, 2027
- Register staff through Maritz: six badges per 100 square feet, plus Subspecialty Day badges
- Book rooms through onPeak, which also earns Priority Points
- Send logo, approved claims and demo footage to Purple
