Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early February 2027
- Early February 2027: Design sign-off with the device list, demo format and footprint fixed.
- February to mid-March 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; plinths and fixtures sized to each platform, graphics proofed on approved claims.
- Late March 2027: Booth and crated systems ship to Dallas on the contractor's published schedule; electrical and handling orders placed.
- Days before April 15, 2027: Move-in at Hilton Anatole; systems set, powered and tested before your team walks in.
- April 15–17, 2027: Exhibit days; your Purple project manager on call for the whole run.
- After the April 17 close: Dismantle, platforms repacked to your return plan, booth to storage or your next show.

Checklist
- Reserve space with ASLMS industry relations and send us the booth number
- List every platform with dimensions, crated weight and power needs
- Decide whether to apply for an Exhibitor Showcase or Learning Lab
- Pick an exhibitor-donated item for the ASLMS scholarship Silent Auction
- Book staff rooms only through the hotel link ASLMS posts on its conference website
- Send approved indication claims and product photography to Purple
- Approve fixture drawings and the lighting plan by early February 2027
- Plan return freight for every system before the April 17 close
