What makes ASLMS different, and how we build for it
ASLMS is the one meeting where the people who design energy-based devices, the people who publish on them and the people who use them on patients sit in the same sessions. The American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, the world's largest scientific society for energy-based medicine, runs it as a scientific conference first: a Call for Abstracts closing December 8, 2026, a Pre-Conference day on April 14, four conference days and exhibits at Hilton Anatole open April 15–17. Visitors walk from a data session straight to your booth with a specific technical question. A booth that can answer it, with the system in front of them and a specialist beside it, is the one they remember.
A supervised look at the interface and handpiece at real scale, approved indication messaging, and a specialist who can walk through settings and workflow without a script.
An evidence station with references and specifications they can read up close, and room for a longer technical conversation that does not block the demo.
A clear system diagram, selected components on display, and a sheltered meeting position for integration, distribution and pricing discussions.

Booth options for ASLMS 2027
Pick a footprint. We’ll price it as a rental, a custom build, or a hybrid.
ASLMS runs in a hotel exhibit space, so footprints are tighter than at a convention center and inline booths carry most of the floor. Most Purple clients here choose a 10×10 or 10×20 built around one demonstration system, and the larger platform companies take a 20×20 with a second station and a private meeting corner.

One featured laser or energy platform on a fixed plinth, a screen for the interface walkthrough and a slim counter for accessories and literature.

A display system and a demonstration station side by side, an evidence screen for references and a small table for a technical conversation.
See 10×20 rental booths →
Two systems on separate stations, an observer area that keeps the demo legible, a hanging sign and a semi-private meeting nook.
See 20×20 rental booths →
A structured portfolio by application or product family, scheduled meeting rooms, discreet technical storage and a lounge for longer clinical discussions.
See 20×30 rental booths →All-in 2026 ranges for design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle; booth space, drayage and show services are separate. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show. Send the show, your booth size and what the space needs to do. We return a fixed proposal, usually within two business days.

Designing for laser and energy-based device brands at ASLMS
Four things we get right for ASLMS exhibitors

Build around the demonstration status
Decide early whether each unit is displayed, simulated or operated. That single decision sets the fixture, power, observer layout and staff position. We document the actual unit, accessories, connections and permitted activity, then draw the measured display so your technical team can sign it off.

Light the equipment, not the render
Polished housings and touchscreens glare under standard show lighting. We test the real device under the proposed fixtures before the finish is approved, so small controls and attachments stay readable in person and in photography and colored spill light never lands on the screen.
Separate the demo from the evidence
A short encounter for people between sessions and a long conversation for a researcher need different spaces. We give the demonstration a clear observer position and place references, specifications and interface views at a second stop where a visitor can read comfortably.
Account for the equipment first
Device transport, protective packing, handling and technical setup shape the budget as much as the structure does. We put machine dimensions, weights and service access into the first estimate and separate construction, freight, installation and show services into their own budget lines.

Concept rendering
Every proposal comes with a rendering like this
You see the booth in 3D before we cut a single panel: layout, graphics, lighting and product positions, revised until it is right. Shown: a Purple concept for MedaCure.

Logistics for ASLMS 2027, handled
Hilton Anatole is a hotel venue on North Stemmons Freeway in the Dallas Design District, so ASLMS freight runs through a hotel loading dock on a scheduled window rather than a convention-center marshalling yard. We read the ASLMS exhibitor kit, file the booth forms, order electrical and material handling, and route your crated devices to the advance warehouse so they arrive on the dock in sequence. Our Dallas crew installs on carpeted ballroom floors, works within hotel ceiling heights, protects the equipment during handling and runs the pre-show checklist before your clinical staff walk in. Your team stays in the same building as the sessions and the show floor.

ASLMS exhibitor questions
Questions exhibitors ask us before ASLMS
How much does an ASLMS booth cost?
A complete 10×10 rental lands between $3,500 and $8,000, a 10×20 custom inline between $15,000 and $45,000 and a 20×20 custom island between $50,000 and $120,000, covering design, structure, graphics and installation. Device fixtures and AV move the number; send us your equipment list and we return a fixed quote.
Can you install at Hilton Anatole?
Yes. Our Dallas crew installs in hotel exhibit space regularly. We schedule the dock window, bring the booth and your crated devices in on sequence, set the equipment on its fixtures and have the demonstration station powered and tested before your team arrives.
Can we rent a booth for ASLMS?
Yes. Rental structures with your graphics, a custom equipment plinth on a rental frame, or a fully custom build are all available. Many first-time ASLMS exhibitors start with a 10×10 or 10×20 rental and upgrade the demonstration fixture the following year.
When do we need to decide?
Design sign-off by early February gives a comfortable 30 to 45 day build and a late-March ship to Dallas. Later is possible; the trade-off is choice of finishes, AV lead time and freight cost, so send the device list and booth number as soon as you have them.
Do you handle the exhibitor services orders and drayage?
We file the organizer forms that concern the booth, order electrical, material handling and carpet, book the dock window and keep you copied on every deadline. You supply the device list and the demonstration format; we handle the paperwork behind it.
