Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space: $45.50 per sq ft inline, $46.50 island, 2027 rates
- Business Suites, Hall H: $10,000 (100 sq ft Standard) to $25,000 (400 sq ft Select), 2027
- Drayage: About $176 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, 2026–27 planning figure
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early March 2027
- November 2026: AUA posts the Exhibitor Services Manual and its Rules and Regulations; we read both and list every 2027 form and approval for you.
- Early March 2027: Design sign-off; island elevations, plan view and AV plan prepared for AUA's design review (due April 9 in the 2026 cycle).
- March to mid-April 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; investigational and indication labels printed on the graphics.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Crates ship to the advance warehouse; carpet, electrical, rigging and lead retrieval ordered from the service kit.
- May 21–23, 2027: Science & Technology Hall open; our project manager stays on call through the Saturday anniversary celebration.
- After 3 p.m., May 23, 2027: Dismantle once the hall closes; instruments packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next urology meeting.

Checklist
- Send us your AUA2027 booth number, footprint and open sides from the exhibit contract
- List every scope, laser, robot and console with dimensions, weight and power
- Mark which products are investigational or not cleared for urological use
- Decide on hands-on, laser, ultrasound or tissue demos so we file each approval
- Pick giveaways under AUA's $100 modest-value line and plan any Aramark catering
- Decide on a Business Suite in Hall H, a Product Theater slot or Device Tech Talks
- Approve the concept by early March so island drawings reach AUA's design review
- Book staff rooms through onPeak, AUA's official housing partner
