Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Key dates
- Early April 2027: Design sign-off, equipment weights and utility needs locked, island drawings submitted where required.
- April to mid-May 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY; supports built to your equipment, process graphics proofed against your brand.
- Late May 2027: Booth and equipment supports ship to the ACE27 advance warehouse in San Diego.
- June 11–13, 2027: Targeted move-in; our on-site team installs, levels the equipment and walks the pre-show punch list.
- June 14–16, 2027: Exhibit hall open; a Purple project manager is on call through the 1pm close on Wednesday.
- June 16–17, 2027: Dismantle, equipment packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

Checklist
- Pull booth number, hall and footprint from the ACE27 space contract
- List every product for the booth with packed weight, dimensions and viewing face
- Choose wet, dry or cutaway for the main demonstration
- Name the water application each product answers for the front-of-booth story
- Send logo, brand palette, product photography and system drawings to Purple
- Approve the concept rendering, the support engineering and the lighting plan
- Book hotels in the Marriott Marquis, Manchester Grand Hyatt or Gaslamp Quarter early
- Plan the return shipping and storage of equipment after the Wednesday 1pm close
