Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Key dates
- Early February 2027: Design sign-off, engineering drawings for heavy displays and any hanging sign submitted.
- February to mid-March 2027: Production in our shop; plinths load-tested against your equipment weights; graphics proofed.
- Late March 2027: Booth and crated hardware ship to the advance warehouse in Atlanta.
- April 19–20, 2027: Targeted move-in; our on-site team installs, connects demo power and runs the pre-show checklist.
- April 21–22, 2027: Show days, 9:30 a.m. open both mornings; a Purple project manager is on call throughout.
- April 22–23, 2027: Dismantle after the 4 p.m. close, hardware recrated to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

Checklist
- Send your booth number, footprint and hall from the Battery Show South contract
- List every display object with dimensions, weight and service access needs
- Pick the one hero product and the stage of the battery chain it belongs to
- Decide whether a live demo, an inactive cutaway or a model tells the story
- State which performance claims and test conditions are approved for display
- Send logo, brand palette, product photography and CAD or drawings
- Approve the concept rendering, plinth engineering and lighting plan
- Book downtown Atlanta hotels near MARTA and plan the return of your hardware
