Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Key dates
- Mid-February 2027: Design sign-off; booth plan, chemical information and any hanging-sign drawings filed with the show.
- March 2027: Production in our shop; equipment bases engineered from your unit weights and graphics proofed against your finish samples.
- Early April 2027: Booth ships to the Las Vegas advance warehouse; EAC form and certificate of insurance already on file.
- April 30 – May 2, 2027: Move-in on your assigned slot; Purple's Las Vegas crew installs, sets equipment and runs the demo checklist.
- May 3–5, 2027: Show days; a Purple project manager is on site for the full run.
- May 5–6, 2027: Dismantle, equipment crated to your return plan, booth to Las Vegas storage or the next show.

Checklist
- Send Purple your booth number and footprint from The Car Wash Show contract
- List equipment dimensions, weights and the display mode for each unit
- Decide whether a wet finish or chemistry demo will run in the booth and list the products
- Prepare a resettable payment or membership scenario with demo accounts
- Send logo, brand palette, product photography and site plans to Purple
- Approve the concept rendering, lighting plan and equipment base drawings
- Book crew and staff hotels near Paradise Road
- Plan sample restocking and the return route for equipment after dismantle
