What makes The Car Wash Show different, and how we build for it
The Car Wash Show is the International Carwash Association's annual gathering of the whole wash business: 450+ exhibitors in front of 9,600+ attendees across 200,000+ square feet of products. The 60+ hours of education are built around operator problems, with tracks for Maintenance and Equipment, Self Service/In Bay Automatic, Finance and Operations, Talent, Trends, and Marketing and Customer Experience, and ICA CEO Eric Wulf's state of the industry session setting the tone. Members of the Midwest Carwash Association and Western Carwash Association arrive as buyers with sites to equip and staff. A booth that lets an operator put a hand on a brush, run a payment scenario and sit down to talk about a site wins the visit.
A clear view of the equipment feature that changes their throughput or chemistry cost, and a table where site plans and pricing can be discussed away from the aisle.
A resettable customer-journey demo on a real terminal, plus a second screen showing the operator side so they can picture their own lot.
Labeled site plans, completed project photography and a specialist who can talk build-out, financing and service coverage in one sitting.
Purple in Las Vegas
Local crew, national shop
We manage back-to-back installations with speed and calm. From CES to NAB, our Las Vegas hub ensures local labor, rapid troubleshooting and smart storage options, giving exhibitors total confidence on the busiest floors in the U.S.
Predictable 30–45-day turnarounds, secure storage and pre-show QA. Your booth ships from our production shop in Fishkill, NY or our Las Vegas hub, and our project manager is on the floor for install and dismantle.

Booth options for The Car Wash Show 2027
Pick a footprint. We’ll price it as a rental, a custom build, or a hybrid.
The Car Wash Show floor is anchored by equipment manufacturers on large islands with full tunnel sections, so an inline booth needs one strong piece of hardware or a bright chemistry bar to read from the aisle. Most Purple clients land between a 10×20 with a demo terminal and a 20×30 island with a working equipment display and a meeting corner.

One hero unit, a dryer nozzle, a pay station or a chemistry bar, with a counter for one conversation and hidden restock storage.

A payment or membership demo station on one side and a labeled component or sample wall on the other, with a small table for site talks.
See 10×20 rental booths →
An equipment display on an engineered base under a hanging sign, a customer-journey station and an open meeting table.
See 20×20 rental booths →
A tunnel or in-bay section on a reinforced deck, chemistry comparison bar, two demo stations, private meeting room and equipment storage.
See 20×30 rental booths →All-in 2026 ranges for design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle; booth space, drayage and show services are separate. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show. Designing for car wash equipment, chemistry and payment technology brands at The Car Wash Show
Four things we get right for The Car Wash Show exhibitors

Machine on a base, not a barrier
We work from your actual equipment dimensions, weight and display mode, then place the specialist, the visitor group and the close-up screen around it. The hardware becomes the visual center of the booth without standing between the operator and the person who explains it.

Plan wet and chemical demos early
The LVCC facility guide requires labeled chemicals and safety data sheets with the booth plan. We build containment trays, drainage and concealed replenishment storage into the fixtures, and we file the chemical information with your floor plan so a live finish demo is approved before we cut a panel.

Rehearse one customer journey
A payment or membership demo works when a visitor and a rep can stand at the terminal together, run one short scenario and reset it in seconds. We add a companion screen for the operator view and a perch nearby so detailed questions do not hold up the next guest.

Light the finish to tell the truth
Gloss, bead and streak-free claims are made under booth lighting. We test your real samples and panels under the proposed fixtures, keep colored spill light off the comparison bar, and label every sample and condition so staff can answer without guessing.

Concept rendering
Every proposal comes with a rendering like this
You see the booth in 3D before we cut a single panel: layout, graphics, lighting and product positions, revised until it is right. Shown: a Purple concept for AutoForm.

Logistics for The Car Wash Show 2027, handled
The Las Vegas Convention Center is a union building where your own full-time staff may hand-install, but forklifts, pallet jacks and contract labor run through the show contractor and Teamsters Local 631. We file as your Exhibitor Appointed Contractor with the certificate of insurance 30 days before move-in, consolidate your crates onto one bill of lading so you pay one 200 lb drayage minimum instead of five, and ship to the advance warehouse so the booth is on the floor on day one of install rather than waiting in the marshaling yard. Our Las Vegas shop handles overnight reprints and repairs, and crews stay at the Renaissance or Westgate, a walk from the halls.
Hall rules, drayage estimates and freight deadlines for this building are in our Las Vegas Convention Center exhibitor guide.

The Car Wash Show exhibitor questions
Questions exhibitors ask us before The Car Wash Show
How much does a 20×20 at The Car Wash Show cost?
A complete 20×20 custom island runs $50,000 to $120,000 and a 20×20 rental $16,000 to $40,000, covering design, structure, graphics and installation. An engineered base for a tunnel section or a plumbed chemistry bar moves the number; send us unit weights and dimensions and we return a fixed quote.
Can you install our equipment at the Las Vegas Convention Center?
Yes. We design the base and deck from your equipment weights, book the forklift and Teamsters labor through the show contractor, file as your Exhibitor Appointed Contractor, and our Las Vegas crew sets and levels every unit before your team lands.
Can we rent a booth for The Car Wash Show?
Yes. Rental structures with your graphics, a custom equipment display or a hybrid of both are all available. A 10×20 rental lands between $7,500 and $15,000, and most first-time Car Wash Show exhibitors start there and add a custom demo counter.
When do we need to decide?
Design sign-off by mid-February gives a comfortable 30 to 45 day build and an early April ship date to the advance warehouse. Later is possible; the trade-off is choice of finishes, engineered equipment bases and freight cost.
Do you handle the show contractor orders and drayage?
We read the Car Wash Show exhibitor kit, place the contractor orders for labor, electrical and rigging, consolidate your crates onto one bill of lading to keep drayage to a single minimum, and keep you copied on every deadline.
