Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Key dates
- Early February 2027: Design sign-off, specimen list and equipment weights approved; EAC pack filed.
- February–March 2027: Production in our shop; mounts fitted to your real samples, graphics proofed.
- Late March 2027: Booth, crates and equipment ship to the advance warehouse for Cleveland.
- Week of April 19, 2027: Move-in; our on-site team installs and sets every specimen before the April 19 reception.
- April 20–21, 2027: Show days in Hall A & B; a Purple project manager is on call for both days.
- April 21, 2027: Dismantle after the hall closes, specimens packed to your inventory, booth to storage or the next show.

Checklist
- Pull the booth number, hall and footprint from the Ceramics Expo contract
- List every specimen with dimensions, weight, material family and application
- Mark which samples visitors may handle and which stay cased
- Decide whether a press, furnace or instrument runs live in the booth
- Send logo, brand palette, part photography and approved technical labels to Purple
- Approve the concept rendering, mount details and lighting plan
- Book downtown Cleveland hotels within walking distance of the halls
- Plan the specimen inventory and return shipping after dismantle
