We build Ceramics Expo booths where an engineer can hold a sintered part, read its property data and open a drawing at the same counter. The hall runs only two days at the Huntington Convention Center, so our crates are booked through the show's Shipping Services well before the April 19 reception.

What makes Ceramics Expo different, and how we build for it
Ceramics Expo covers the whole advanced ceramics supply chain, from upstream raw materials through midstream components to downstream end-use, and in 2025 those three groups made up 32%, 41% and 27% of visitors.The American Ceramic Society is founding partner, Thermal Management Expo shares the floor and the badge, and the Innovation Hub and free conference sessions keep engineers on the floor between meetings. The show returned to Cleveland in 2026 after its Novi years, near NASA Glenn Research Center and Northeast Ohio's manufacturers. Exhibits open for just two days after the April 19 reception, so a booth has to explain a material in one stop.

Ceramics Expo rules that shape your booth
Every Ceramics Expo exhibitor must complete its listing entry and the Compulsory Booth Information Form in the exhibitor portal, where drape, carpet and power are also ordered. We fill the form from the final drawing and place the service orders in the same pass.
Ceramics Expo publishes an EAC Info Pack for exhibitor-appointed contractors building stands on its floor. We work to that pack as your builder and return its paperwork before move-in so the organizer has our insurance and the names of everyone working the stand.
The organizer lists shipping options in the Shipping Services section of the exhibitor portal; in 2026 final freight pickup ran 8 to 10 a.m. the day after close. We book that route and time crates to it.

Four things we get right for Ceramics Expo exhibitors
1Sort by supply-chain stage
Ceramics Expo visitors arrive as upstream powder buyers, midstream component makers or downstream OEM engineers. We arrange the booth in that order, powders and additives first, then formed and fired parts, then the assembly they go into, so each visitor finds their stage without a tour.
2Light a small part well
A ceramic seal or substrate a few millimetres across disappears in a crowded case. We give each specimen its own mount under focused, color-neutral light, set the label at the part, and add a camera with a magnified view on a screen for surface finish and porosity.
3Reach the thermal visitors too
Every Ceramics Expo badge also opens Thermal Management Expo, so heat-management engineers walk the same aisles. If your materials serve thermal barriers, substrates or kiln furniture, we add one panel that speaks to that buyer with temperature and conductivity data next to the part.
4Plan equipment before graphics
A kiln, press or test instrument needs power ordered through the exhibitor portal, a floor-load check and clearance on all sides. We place it away from the specimen counter, build its crate for the advance warehouse and wrap it in process graphics that name the stage it performs.

Logistics for Ceramics Expo 2027, handled
The Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland sits downtown beside the former Global Center building, together about 1 million square feet after the 2024 conversion added four floors of exhibit space. Ohio has no right-to-work law, so on-site labor follows the building's rules, and Ceramics Expo routes drape, carpet, power and other services through each exhibitor's portal, plus a Compulsory Booth Information Form and an EAC Info Pack for outside builders. The organizer asks exhibitors to ship through its official freight forwarder to the advance warehouse, which cuts vehicle traffic at the docks. We file the forms, crate specimens against a parts list, and our own project manager sets the booth with vetted Cleveland labor.

When do we need to decide on a Ceramics Expo booth?
Early February 2027. That gives 30 to 45 days to build, time to fit mounts to your real samples and crates leaving for the advance warehouse in late March. Only two exhibit days follow a single evening reception, so there is no slack for late crates.
Can we reuse our Ceramics Expo booth at other shows?
The same specimen wall and counters travel well to Thermal Management Expo, SAMPE, CAMX or Pittcon. We build the panels as modules, store them between shows and reprint the application graphics for each audience.
