Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Key dates
- Early May 2027: Design sign-off with machine footprints, weights and utility points marked on the plan.
- May–June 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY; reinforced machine pads built and graphics proofed with your textiles.
- Late June 2027: Booth ships to the advance warehouse; EAC form and certificate of insurance already filed.
- Week of July 12, 2027: Targeted move-in; Purple's Las Vegas crew installs, sets utilities and runs the pre-show walkthrough.
- July 15–18, 2027: Show days; a Purple project manager is on call and our Las Vegas shop handles overnight reprints.
- July 18–19, 2027: Dismantle, machines and samples packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

Checklist
- Send us your booth number, hall and footprint from the Clean Show contract
- List every machine with dimensions, weight and power, water, drain and compressed-air needs
- Choose the one demonstration sequence the booth will run
- Decide which textiles and supplies will be on display and how they restock
- Send logo, brand palette and product photography to Purple
- Approve the concept rendering and the utility plan
- Book rooms at the Westgate or the Renaissance next to the LVCC
- Plan machine commissioning, dismantle and return shipping
