Clean Show 2027Exhibitor guide for Las Vegas: booth costs, key dates, deadlines

The Clean Show 2027 runs Thursday, July 15 to Sunday, July 18, 2027 in Las Vegas. Thursday opens 8 to 10 a.m. for distributors only, then to everyone until 5 p.m.; Friday and Saturday run 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., per the show's attend page.

At the Las Vegas Convention Center, 3150 Paradise Road. Which LVCC hall the show uses is not confirmed yet. The show moves between cities: 2022 was in Atlanta and 2025 in Orlando.

The last Clean Show ran August 23–26, 2025 in Orlando, with nearly 400 exhibitors and the strongest attendance since 2019. Before that, the 2022 show ran July 30 to August 2 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta after a COVID-19 postponement, and Las Vegas hosts the next edition, July 15–18, 2027.

Messe Frankfurt quotes space through its sales team; the 2027 prospectus does not print a rate. The Exhibitor Package Plan folds warehousing, drayage, labor and utilities into the space price. On our side a 10×20 rental runs $7,500 to $15,000 and a custom 20×20 $50,000 to $120,000, moved most by machine pads and utility routing.

Per the 2027 prospectus: pre-show warehousing, installation and dismantling labor, material handling or drayage, water and drainage, steam, air, natural gas, utilities, standard furniture, standard carpet, trash removal and nightly vacuuming, all with your booth space. That makes the show budget simpler than at most Las Vegas events.

Live Demonstrations are one of the show's three pillars, and the package plan supplies water, drainage, steam, air and natural gas. We engineer the pads, place every drop on the drawing, and have each machine connected and tested before your technician commissions it.

More than 11,000 attendees from over 70 countries and six continents, per Messe Frankfurt, and its 2027 prospectus reports 83% of visitors with purchasing influence, 91% planning to return and 98% saying the show met or beat expectations. The 2022 Atlanta show drew nearly 10,000 industry professionals.

Messe Frankfurt Inc., based in Atlanta, organizes the show with five partnering associations: ALM, CLA, the Drycleaning & Laundry Institute, TCATA and TRSA, which run much of the education program on the floor and in classrooms.

Makers of machinery and systems, additives and chemicals, accessories, energy-saving and water technology, logistics and material flow, facility maintenance, and technology and financial solutions for laundries and drycleaners. The 2025 show drew nearly 400 exhibiting companies; the 2022 show had 347, a record 51 of them first-timers, on 216,400 square feet.

The Clean Show is an industry event for laundry, drycleaning and textile care businesses; the top visitor groups are coin and card laundries, commercial plants, distributors and dealers, and drycleaners. Visitors reach the floor only during show hours, and distributors get the first two hours on Thursday.

A Purple rental brings the frame, fabric graphics, LED lighting, counters and a dealer meeting area; machine pads and walkways can be custom on a rental frame. Since the package plan covers labor and drayage, our proposal shows only design, build, freight to the warehouse and supervision.

Connections Housing is the official housing provider and the only one booking the protected room block; parties of fewer than 10 rooms use the housing portal, larger groups the group request form. Messe Frankfurt warns that its hotel partners never call exhibitors directly.
