Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Key dates
- Late January 2027: Design sign-off; slab support engineering and any covered-booth fire submission filed with the OCCC.
- February 2027: Production in Purple's shop, 30 to 45 days; graphics proofed against your physical tile and stone samples.
- Mid-March 2027: Booth, supports and crated samples ship to the Freeman advance warehouse; OCCC rigging and power orders placed before early-order pricing closes.
- April 3–5, 2027: Targeted move-in at the North/South docks; our on-site team installs, levels every slab and runs the handover check.
- April 6–9, 2027: Show days with a Purple project manager on call for restocks, lighting tweaks and lead-capture fixes.
- April 9–10, 2027: Dismantle, samples packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

Checklist
- Send Purple your Coverings booth number, hall and footprint from the space contract
- List every slab and sample with dimensions, weight, finish and viewing face
- Choose the hero collection and the companion ranges for the feature wall and sample library
- Decide whether a cutting or installation demo runs in the booth and who staffs it
- Send logo, brand palette, product photography and catalogue PDFs
- Approve the concept rendering, the lighting plan and the slab support drawings
- Book rooms at the Hilton Orlando or on International Drive for the April 3 move-in
- Set the restock plan and the return route for unsold samples after April 9
