Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Key dates
- Mid-April 2027: Design sign-off, sample numbering agreed, fire package prepared for any covered or multilevel element.
- Late April to May 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY; vignette assembled and lit in the shop with your real finishes and furniture.
- Early June 2027: Booth, mockup elements and sample library ship to the Miami advance warehouse with storm margin.
- June 21–22, 2027: Targeted move-in at the west docks; our on-site team installs, levels the furniture and runs the pre-show QA.
- June 23–24, 2027: Show days; a Purple project manager is on call from the Opening Party to the last appointment.
- June 24–25, 2027: Dismantle, samples packed to your return plan, booth back to storage or on to HD Expo or your next show.

Checklist
- Send Purple your booth number, hall position and footprint from the CSI Americas contract
- Choose the one application to build at real scale: cabin, suite, lounge or corridor
- List furniture, flooring and panel dimensions, weights and mounting methods
- Agree sample numbering that matches your product sheets and IMO/SOLAS certificates
- Separate cruise and HRDS hotel documentation where the specification differs
- Send logo, brand palette and installed project photography to Purple
- Approve the concept rendering and the lighting plan against your real finishes
- Book crew rooms on Washington Avenue and client rooms at the Loews or Fontainebleau
