Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Key dates
- Late January 2027: Design sign-off; island, hanging sign and demo station drawings finalized for filing.
- February 2027: Production in our shop; AV rack built and screens tested with your demo content.
- Mid-March 2027: Booth ships crated with our Midwest carrier to the Chicago advance warehouse on target.
- Early April 2027: Move-in at McCormick Place on your target date; our on-site team installs, wires and runs the demo checklist.
- April 5–8, 2027: Preconference Monday, exhibition Tuesday to Thursday; a Purple project manager is on site.
- April 8–9, 2027: Dismantle, devices packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

Checklist
- Send us your booth number, hall and footprint from the HIMSS27 contract
- List every demo: product, workflow, devices, screens and network needs
- Write the approved demo data and the recorded fallback for each station
- Decide whether a hosted buyer meeting room or theater is in the booth
- Send logo, brand palette, product screenshots and architecture graphics to Purple
- Approve the concept rendering, lighting and hanging sign
- Book rooms at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place or Marriott Marquis Chicago
- Plan device return, lead capture export and booth storage after April 8
