Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space: $2,800 per 10×10 to Feb 26, 2027, then $3,300; corners $300
- Education Theatre: $1,500 per 15-minute session, $3,000 per 30 minutes, 2027
- Drayage: About $130 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, 2026–27 planning figure
Key dates
- Last day to cancel HSPA 2027 space before the 50 percent cancellation charge: October 30, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-January 2027
- October 30, 2026: Last day to cancel HSPA space without owing 50 percent; send us your footprint and equipment list.
- Mid-January 2027: Design sign-off; Education Theatre sessions booked by the January 29 deadline and in-booth education topics submitted.
- February to mid-March 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; benches test-fitted with your trays and instruments.
- Late March to April 2, 2027: GES orders for power, water, material handling and lead retrieval placed before the discount deadlines.
- April 23–26, 2027: Move-in from Friday afternoon to Monday 11 a.m.; equipment set first, then graphics, samples and the demo run.
- April 26–27, 2027: Expo hours, then dismantle from noon to 9 p.m. Tuesday and the booth ships to storage or your next show.

Checklist
- Keep your space past October 30, 2026 only if you are sure: later cancellations cost 50 percent
- Share the HSPA booth number you picked on the exhibit map and which sides face aisles
- List every washer, sterilizer, cart and tray set with dimensions, weight, power and water
- Book Education Theatre slots by January 29, 2027, or plan a 10×30 for in-booth education
- Request group housing at the Hilton or Hyatt by February 26, 2027
- Approve the concept by mid-January so production finishes before GES deadlines
- Order lead retrieval by March 25 and GES services by April 2
- Plan staff for Monday noon to Tuesday noon and the 9 p.m. move-out cutoff
