Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Key dates
- Early May 2027: Design sign-off; hanging sign and covered-booth drawings prepared where needed.
- May to June 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY; rod racks and fixtures test-fitted with your real product.
- Late June 2027: Booth ships to the Freeman advance warehouse in Orlando.
- July 12–13, 2027: Move-in; our on-site team installs, sets product and runs the pre-show checklist.
- July 14–16, 2027: Show floor open; a Purple project manager is on call all three days.
- From July 16, 2027: Dismantle after the Friday close, samples packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

Checklist
- Send us your booth number and footprint from the ICAST contract
- List every rod, reel, lure, pack and electronics item with dimensions and weights
- Choose the New Product Showcase entry that gets the hero position
- Decide whether a demo, casting or on-camera presentation runs in the booth
- Send logo, brand palette, line sheets and product photography to Purple
- Approve the concept rendering, fixture list and lighting plan
- Book hotels on International Drive for staff and dealer meetings
- Plan sample restocking and the return of demo gear after Friday teardown
