Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Key dates
- Mid-March 2027: Design sign-off, instrument list locked and any covered or two-story drawings sent for fire plan approval.
- Late March to April 2027: Production in Purple's shop; counters test-fitted to your instrument dimensions and graphics proofed.
- Early May 2027: Booth ships to the advance warehouse in San Antonio; instruments travel by your calibrated-equipment plan.
- May 23–24, 2027: Move-in; our on-site team installs, then your technical owner positions and powers up the instruments.
- May 25–27, 2027: Exhibition days; a Purple project manager is on call for the full run.
- May 27–28, 2027: Dismantle after the hall closes, instruments packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

Checklist
- Pull your booth number and footprint from the IMS2027 floor plan
- List every instrument with dimensions, weight, power, airflow and control positions
- Send a real trace or interface screenshot to set the screen size and viewing distance
- Decide which demos are live, stored or recorded, and name the technical owner for each
- List connectivity needs: licensing, remote instruments, cloud data
- Send logo, brand palette and product photography to Purple
- Approve the concept rendering and the counter drawings
- Book hotels near the River Walk and HemisFair
