Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Key dates
- Early February 2027: Design sign-off, island drawings and the cabinet and power layout locked.
- Late February to March 2027: Production in our shop; graphics proofed against your cabinet lighting and brand palette.
- Late March 2027: Booth ships to the GES advance warehouse; EAC form and certificate of insurance filed.
- April 19–20, 2027: Move-in; Purple's Las Vegas crew installs the structure and power before your cabinets are spotted.
- April 21–22, 2027: Exhibit hall open; a Purple project manager is on call for both floor days.
- April 22–23, 2027: Dismantle, cabinets and screens crated to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

Checklist
- Pull booth number and footprint from your Indian Gaming contract
- List every cabinet, screen and software station with power, audio and network needs
- Decide which products run live and which show on a screen
- Name the operator conversations you want to book and who hosts them
- Send logo, brand palette and product photography to Purple
- Approve the concept rendering, lighting plan and seated-station layout
- Book hotels near the LVCC for the April 19 to 22 run
- Plan cabinet return shipping and storage after April 22
