What makes Indian Gaming different, and how we build for it
Indian Gaming is the tribal gaming industry's own show, run by the Indian Gaming Association with Clarion Events, and in 2027 it moves from San Diego to the Las Vegas Convention Center. Tribal leaders and casino executives come for four days of education, the Chairman's Welcome Reception and the Chairman's Leadership Awards Luncheon, then walk a floor of more than 400 exhibitors on April 21 and 22. The DigitalPlay Summit runs on the show floor those two days, and the Sustainable Gambling Zone and the TribalBond Connections Program put operators and suppliers in the same rooms all week. A booth that lets a GM sit at the cabinet and then talk numbers at a table wins those two floor days.

Four things we get right for Indian Gaming exhibitors
1Draw the player, not the cabinet base
A slot cabinet's footprint is the cabinet plus the seated visitor, the space behind the chair and the specialist explaining the game. We lay out every station at that size so the row plays comfortably and the aisle stays open when every seat is taken.
2Let the cabinets carry the light
Cabinets already bring motion, color and sound. A disciplined architectural frame with controlled lighting makes them stand out; another video wall behind them competes. We keep the aisle-facing message readable when every product is running at full brightness.
3Plan power, network and resets
We list every cabinet, screen and software station with its power draw, audio settings, network dependency and reset procedure, then order the drops to match. Replacement units and staff materials sit backstage where the team reaches them without crossing a meeting.
Give the operator a quiet layer
Casino teams evaluate several products in one visit. We put the business seating away from the loudest stations, give the host a position that routes each visitor to a cabinet or a table, and keep sightlines open so the meeting area never walls off the booth.

Logistics for Indian Gaming 2027, handled
The Las Vegas Convention Center is a union building. Your own full-time staff can set up with hand tools; forklifts, pallet jacks and contract labor go through GES, the show's general service contractor, and Teamsters Local 631, so we file as your Exhibitor Appointed Contractor and submit the certificate of insurance 30 days before move-in. Material handling bills per hundredweight with a 200 lb minimum per shipment, which matters when slot cabinets ship separately, so we consolidate your crates onto one bill of lading and ship to the GES advance warehouse, which accepts freight about 30 days out. Our Las Vegas hub reprints graphics overnight, and we book your project manager a room at the Renaissance, a two-minute walk from the halls.

How much does a 20×20 at Indian Gaming cost?
A complete 20×20 custom island runs $50,000 to $120,000 for design, structure, graphics, lighting and installation, and a 20×20 rental island $16,000 to $40,000. Cabinet count, seated stations and a hanging sign move the number; send us your product list and we return a fixed quote.
Can you install slot cabinets at the Las Vegas Convention Center?
Yes. We install the structure and power first, then sequence the unloading and spotting of cabinets and large screens with GES, protect screens and finishes during placement, and hand off to your product team for setup and testing before the hall opens on April 21.
Can we rent a booth for Indian Gaming?
Yes. A 10×20 rental with your graphics lands between $7,500 and $15,000 and a 10×30 between $12,000 and $22,000. Many systems and hospitality suppliers rent the structure and add a custom counter, brand wall or demo station to it.
When do we need to decide?
Design sign-off by early February 2027 gives a 30 to 45 day build and a late-March ship to the advance warehouse. Later is possible, especially from our Las Vegas hub; the trade-off is fewer finish choices and higher freight cost.
Do you handle GES orders and drayage?
Yes. We read the exhibitor kit, order electrical, rigging and material handling from GES, file the EAC form and certificate of insurance, consolidate your freight onto one bill of lading and keep you copied on every deadline.
