Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Key dates
- Late January 2027: Design sign-off, device list locked, island drawings and hanging-sign specs submitted.
- February 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY; door assemblies, camera fixtures and enclosures test-fit with your real hardware.
- Mid-March 2027: Booth ships to the advance warehouse in Las Vegas; demo network and screens configured with your product team.
- April 4–6, 2027: Targeted move-in through the Koval Lane docks; Purple's Las Vegas crew installs, powers up and runs the demo checklist.
- April 7–9, 2027: Show days; a Purple project manager is on call from hall open to the last reception.
- April 9–10, 2027: Dismantle, demo hardware packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

Checklist
- Send us your booth number, level and footprint from the ISC West contract
- List every reader, camera, door assembly, sensor and workstation with weight, mounting height and power draw
- Choose the entrance scenario the public demo will run and name the host who resets it
- Decide which workflows run live and which run from a recorded or local version
- Name the owner of the demo network, credentials and software configuration
- Send logo, brand palette and product photography to Purple
- Approve the concept rendering, camera scene lighting and hanging sign
- Book the Venetian block early and plan two shifts of booth staff for the long floor days
