Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Key dates
- Mid-February 2027: Design sign-off; covered or multilevel drawings filed with the Fort Worth Fire Department where required.
- Late February to March 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY; installed floor modules built from your boards and graphics proofed against your finishes.
- Early April 2027: Booth, floor modules and sample racks ship to the Fort Worth advance warehouse.
- Move-in, late April 2027: Targeted move-in; our on-site team levels the subfloor, installs and runs the pre-show checklist.
- April 27–29, 2027: Show days; a Purple project manager is on call for the whole run.
- April 29, 2027, after close: Dismantle, boards and samples packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

Checklist
- Pull your booth number, hall position and footprint from the NWFA contract
- List the species, widths and finishes for the installed hero floor and its square footage
- Send board, rack and crate weights so we size the subfloor and the drayage estimate
- Decide whether a sanding, finishing or tool demo will run live in the booth
- Send logo, brand palette, product photography and jobsite imagery to Purple
- Approve the concept rendering, the lighting test on your boards and the pattern direction
- Book rooms through Maritz Global Events when NWFA housing opens in January 2027
- Plan sample restocking and the return route for installed boards
