Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Key dates
- Mid-February 2027: Design sign-off; island and hanging-sign drawings submitted for show approval.
- March 2027: Production in our shop; supports engineered to your component weights and graphics proofed.
- Mid-April 2027: Booth, fixtures and crated equipment ship to the advance warehouse in Houston.
- Late April 2027: Targeted move-in at NRG Center; our on-site team installs, rigs the sign and runs the pre-show checklist.
- May 3–5, 2027: Show days; a Purple project manager is on call for all three days.
- May 5–7, 2027: Dismantle, equipment packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next energy show.

Checklist
- Send us your booth number, footprint and open sides from the OTC contract
- List each display component with dimensions, weight, transport supports and the face to show
- Choose the hero object, the cutaway or model, and the application image that explains it
- Decide how many scheduled operator meetings need an enclosed room
- Send logo, brand palette, project photography and approved client permissions
- Approve the concept rendering, hanging sign and lighting plan
- Book hotels near NRG Park and along Kirby Drive early
- Plan the return of equipment and the next show for the booth
