Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Key dates
- Late January 2027: Design sign-off with the machine envelope, utility loads and demonstration cycle locked into the drawings.
- February 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY; graphics proofed against your pack samples and machine finishes.
- March 1, 2027: Target change deadline; we have your PACK EXPO Services inbound and outbound slots booked before this date.
- Mid-March 2027: Booth ships to the advance warehouse; machinery freight scheduled to the assigned target.
- April 12–14, 2027: Show days in Exhibit Hall C; a Purple project manager is on call and restocks are planned by the demo schedule.
- From April 14, 2027: Dismantle on the outbound target after the 3pm close, machines crated first, booth to storage or the next PACK EXPO.

Checklist
- Pull your booth number and footprint in Exhibit Hall C from your PACK EXPO Southeast contract
- List every machine with crate size, weight, footprint and service needs (power, air, water)
- Define the demonstration cycle, product stock per day and where finished packs go
- Choose the one pack format visitors should follow from infeed to finished pack
- Send logo, brand palette, machine photography and spec sheets to Purple
- Approve the concept rendering, lighting plan and operator access layout
- Lock inbound and outbound freight targets before March 1, 2027
- Book crew and staff hotels downtown near the MARTA Dome/GWCC station
