PACK EXPO Southeast is PMMI's Atlanta show for the region's food, beverage, pharma and consumer goods plants, and it runs on one floor of Exhibit Hall C at the Georgia World Congress Center. The 2025 launch drew 504 exhibiting companies and more than 6,700 attendees, and the 2027 edition is the second in Atlanta. Buyers arrive as plant managers and packaging engineers with a specific line problem, often with a purchasing colleague beside them, so a booth that shows a machine running its real product gets the attention. Four things we get right for PACK EXPO Southeast exhibitors
1Design the cycle, not the machine
A machine-only drawing leaves no room for the demonstration. We lay out the full cycle: demonstration stock, loading, operator position, the key operation in full view, finished output and the reset between runs, and size the booth architecture around that envelope.
2Give the transformation the best view
Filling, sealing, labeling or inspection is the step that explains the machine, so we angle it to the aisle, light it without glare on stainless and acrylic guards, and keep tools, consumables and rejected samples behind a wall so the audience sees only the result.
Plan stock and finished packs
We calculate product needed for the planned cycle, where acceptable samples are handed out, where the rest is held and who replenishes the line. Finished packs get a clean display with product details, so the demo ends in a conversation rather than a pile beside the machine.
Sequence machinery and exhibit build
Crate sizes, weights, service connections and final positions go into the drawings before they lock. We identify walls and furniture that cannot go up until the equipment is set, and keep lifting access open so nothing is trapped behind finished construction.

Logistics for PACK EXPO Southeast 2027, handled
Georgia is a right-to-work state, so at the Georgia World Congress Center your own staff can set and dismantle the booth, while drayage and utilities route through PACK EXPO Services. Material handling is included in the space rate when your truck meets its assigned target, and the deadline to request a target change is March 1, 2027, so we book your inbound and outbound slots early and file any change through PACK EXPO Services. We plan for roughly $150 per hundredweight with a 200-pound minimum on anything outside the included handling, sequence machinery crates ahead of walls at the Hall C docks, and book your project manager into a downtown hotel a short walk from the MARTA station at the campus entrance.
