PACK EXPO SOUTHEAST 2027 · EXHIBITS

PACK EXPO Southeast exhibit design From the first fillto the finished pack.

Build a PACK EXPO Southeast exhibit that lets buyers see how the line works. Purple plans the architecture, graphics and visitor flow around packaging machinery, processing equipment and the products moving through them.

Packaging & processing

A working packaging demonstration needs more than a place to put the machine. Product infeed, finished samples, operator access and watching visitors all compete for the same space. Design the process and the booth together.

Make the line easy to follow.

A readable journey from infeed to finished pack, with room for operators and procurement teams.

A VERIFIED PURPLE PROJECT

Machu Picchu Foods.
Experience you can examine.

Machu Picchu Foods supplies a real food-industry reference from Purple’s portfolio. Its product presentation informs the buyer-facing side of a packaging exhibit; the case does not document an operating packaging line or PACK EXPO booth.

PRODUCT STUDY

Choose a pack format visitors can follow

Use a representative product and format that make the operation visible. If several formats are important, decide whether a scheduled changeover, static examples or a short recording will communicate the range most clearly.

Calculate the stock needed for the planned cycle and the space required for finished output. Include where acceptable samples are handed out, where the rest is held and who replenishes the line. The demonstration should finish with a useful conversation rather than a pile of product beside the machinery.

A DIFFERENT DISPLAY FOR EACH OFFER

Packaging & processing.
Designed in context.

Define the demonstration cycle, test product quantities, operator positions and finished-output storage. Confirm electrical, air or other service needs with the designated providers. Your equipment specialists should review the machine operation and visitor separation.

01

Packaging & processing equipment

Lay out the machine envelope and the complete demonstration cycle. Include product handling, operator positions, maintenance access and storage for supplies.

02

Labels, codes & inspection

Let visitors see the input, result and verification step. Put sample outputs where the team can discuss print, placement and inspection criteria.

03

Materials & packaging formats

Create displays that support side-by-side comparison. Give sample products clear labels and enough space for buyers to handle them comfortably.

A CONCEPT FOR PACK EXPO SOUTHEAST

Follow the pack through the booth.

A live line becomes an understandable story when visitors can see the incoming product, the key operation and the finished result.

01

Product in

Allocate space for demonstration stock, loading and the operator. Keep supplies out of the visitor approach.

02

The transformation

Give the audience the best view of filling, sealing, labeling or inspection—the step that explains the machine.

03

Pack out

Create a clean position for finished samples, with product details that support the sales conversation.

04

Changeover & reset

Plan where tools, consumables and rejected samples go between demonstrations. Keep service access available.

THE PEOPLE. THE PRODUCT. THE MOMENT.

Let buyers see the line—and the team behind it.

Real demonstrations bring energy to the floor. Give the specialist a place to explain the result while visitors inspect a finished pack and discuss their own production challenge.

PRODUCTION NOTEBOOK

Coordinate machine delivery with exhibit construction

The largest machine or skid can dictate the installation sequence. Share crate sizes, handling requirements, service connections and the final equipment positions before the exhibit drawings are locked. Identify walls or furniture that cannot be installed until the equipment is in place.

Agree the division of work between the machinery team, exhibit team and service providers. Check the incoming power and other requested services against the actual equipment list. Keep a final location drawing available so a last-minute machine shift does not place a connection or operator route in the wrong area.

Who plans installation for a PACK EXPO Southeast packaging line

Sequence machinery deliveries and booth construction so crates and lifting access do not become trapped behind finished walls. Confirm the Georgia World Congress Center receiving destination, target times and equipment-handling arrangements.

LET THE EXPERIENCE CHOOSE THE FOOTPRINT

A component, a line or a factory story.

Infeed, output, operator access and sample storage can consume the space left over in a machine-only drawing. Include them before choosing the booth architecture.

PACK EXPO SOUTHEAST · EXHIBITOR QUESTIONS

Packaging exhibit answers for the project team.

Discuss your requirements ↗
Can you build around a live packaging line?

Yes. Purple can plan the physical exhibit and visitor experience around the specified line. Your machinery team provides the equipment layout, operating limits and service needs, while installation and show-service responsibilities are agreed in the scope.

Should we run every machine at PACK EXPO Southeast?

Run the steps that make the product benefit visible and can be supported reliably in the assigned space. Use finished packs, cutaways or recordings for processes whose live operation adds little to the visitor’s understanding.

How much space should we reserve for samples?

Base it on the demonstration cycle, replenishment frequency and the size of the finished pack. Include separate positions for incoming stock, visitor samples and output awaiting removal. The equipment plan should show all three.

Can the line demonstrate a changeover?

Potentially, if your machinery team can run and explain it within the show conditions. Plan the tools, spare format parts, operator access and audience position, and decide how the host introduces the next demonstration.

How do I estimate a PACK EXPO Southeast machinery-booth budget?

Working machinery, service connections, test materials, freight weight and installation labor influence the total. Quote machine handling separately from the exhibit architecture, and identify who supplies demonstration materials and manages waste or returns.

Who plans installation for a PACK EXPO Southeast packaging line?

Sequence machinery deliveries and booth construction so crates and lifting access do not become trapped behind finished walls. Confirm the Georgia World Congress Center receiving destination, target times and equipment-handling arrangements.

JUST SHOW UP.

Put your packaging process in motion.

Start with the machine sequence and the package buyers should leave understanding. Add utility loads and the operators traveling with the equipment.
