Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Drayage (Purple venue guide): About $145 per cwt for crated advance-warehouse freight, from a 2026 Rosemont freight guide
- Payment schedule: Deposits step from 30% to 60% to the full balance by six months before opening
- Expo admission: Free for qualified registrants who register online; $199 on site
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-February 2027
- Mid-February 2027: Design sign-off with machine weights, footprints, power and compressed air fixed.
- Late February to March 2027: Production in our Fishkill, NY shop over 30 to 45 days; machine platforms, sample cases and cutaways built.
- Early April 2027: Booth crates ship to the advance warehouse; heavy equipment booked for direct delivery.
- Days before April 27, 2027: Move-in; equipment set by forklift and leveled, then our project manager installs the booth.
- April 27–29, 2027: Expo days, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the first two days and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the last.
- After the expo closes April 29, 2027: Dismantle, machines loaded out on your carrier's schedule, booth to storage or the next show.

Checklist
- Confirm booth number, footprint and payment dates on your Informa Markets contract
- List each machine with weight, footprint, service side, power and compressed air
- Pick the one material and process stage the booth will explain
- Decide between a live demonstration, a cutaway or looped plant video
- Prepare sealed, labeled samples and assign who restocks them
- Book hotels through onPeak, the show's only official hotel provider
- Approve the concept, platform drawings and lighting plan by mid-February 2027
