Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires

Key dates
- Hanging-sign, peninsula layout, sign and double-deck drawings due to MHI: January 11, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-December 2026
- Mid-December 2026: Design sign-off for islands, peninsulas and anything with a hanging sign or second deck, so drawings are ready for MHI.
- January 11, 2027: Hanging-sign, peninsula layout, sign and stamped double-deck drawings due to MHI Show Operations.
- February to mid-March 2027: Production in our Fishkill, NY shop over 30 to 45 days; graphics proofed against your equipment colors and safety markings.
- Late March 2027: Crates ship to the GES advance warehouse, labelled by hall and booth number.
- Your GES target day, April 2027: Move-in on the target day from the exhibitor manual; our project manager installs around the equipment delivery and runs the demo rehearsal.
- April 19–21, 2027: Three show days, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., then move-out on your assigned target day and freight home or to storage.

Checklist
- Note your booth number and hall (South, North or Lakeside) and check whether it sits in a LIFO area or Hall B2
- List every machine with weight, dimensions, power and floor contact area
- Define the operating envelope, guarding and AMR loop with your engineers
- Decide on a hanging sign or double deck in time for MHI's January 11, 2027 deadline
- Choose the one cycle the demo will run and who resets it
- Send logo, brand palette, equipment photography and safety marking specs to Purple
- Note your GES target move-in and move-out days once the exhibitor manual opens
- Book rooms through onPeak to use the complimentary ProMat shuttle
