Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Key dates
- February 12, 2027: Design sign-off, component list and fixture drawings approved.
- February 15 to March 26, 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY; fixtures test-fitted with your actual parts.
- April 5, 2027: Booth, fixtures and demo hardware ship to the advance warehouse for Novi.
- April 25–26, 2027: Targeted move-in; Purple's crew installs, levels the fixtures and runs the demo reset.
- April 27–29, 2027: Show days; a Purple project manager is on call for the whole run.
- April 29–30, 2027: Dismantle, parts packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

Checklist
- Pull booth number and footprint from the WCX contract
- List every component and assembly with dimensions, weights and viewing faces
- Choose the hero part and the subsystem diagram that places it in the vehicle
- Decide which test or simulation demo will run and who operates it
- Send logo, brand palette and approved example data to Purple
- Approve the concept rendering, fixture drawings and lighting plan
- Book rooms at the attached Hyatt Place or along Grand River Avenue
- Plan handling samples, literature restock and the return of prototypes
