WCX is SAE International's flagship event, and the exhibit floor sits beside the technical sessions, so the people walking past your booth have just left a paper on the same subsystem you supply. The Ride and Drive and the J3300 course put attendees in vehicles, the Leadership Summit and Tech Hub gather program leaders in The Exchange, the Knowledge Bar puts experts face to face with visitors, and Connect2Car runs its own pavilion and roundtables for connected-vehicle suppliers. Purple builds in Fishkill, NY and Las Vegas, NV, ships to every hall in the United States and installs on site with our own project manager and local labor. For Novi we book freight targets, coordinate the general contractor and run a pre-show QA so your team can just show up.
Predictable 30–45-day turnarounds, secure storage and pre-show QA. Your booth ships from our production shop in Fishkill, NY or our Las Vegas hub, and our project manager is on the floor for install and dismantle.

Four things we get right for SAE WCX exhibitors
Mount the part for inspection
We design each fixture around the viewing angle and the specimen's real support points, turn the meaningful interface toward the aisle and add a handling sample so precision surfaces and connectors on the primary display stay protected.
Show variants at one orientation
Comparable parts sit on repeated fixtures at a common orientation with a label naming the one difference under discussion, so an engineer can judge scale and geometry at a glance instead of decoding separate theatrical displays with different lighting.
Put the evidence beside the hardware
The screen showing the measurement or simulation sits next to the component it explains, with conditions and limits visible on the trace. Supporting files stay local and the demo has a rehearsed reset so a specialist resumes at the right result.
Separate the drawing conversation
We place a drawing surface and reference screen beside the display but outside the first viewing group, so a long integration discussion never blocks the next visitor from reaching the specimen or the demo operator.

Logistics for SAE WCX 2027, handled
Vibe Credit Union Showplace sits at 46100 Grand River Avenue in Novi, close to the I-96 corridor, with over 600,000 square feet of event space and a Hyatt Place hotel attached to the building, so your team walks from the room to the booth. The Novi hotel corridor runs along the same road. We read the WCX exhibitor kit, order material handling, electrical and rigging through the show's general contractor, ship your crates and fixtures to the advance warehouse on the target date, and put our own project manager on the floor with Michigan labor for installation and dismantle. Your engineers arrive to a leveled fixture, a tested demo and a booth that is ready.

Questions exhibitors ask us before SAE WCX
How much does a 10×20 at SAE WCX cost?
A complete 10×20 rental lands between $7,500 and $15,000 and a 10×20 custom build between $15,000 and $45,000, including design, structure, graphics and installation. A 20×20 custom island runs $50,000 to $120,000. Custom fixtures and demo AV move the number; send your part list for a fixed quote.
Can you install at Vibe Credit Union Showplace in Novi?
Yes. Purple installs at every hall in the United States with our own project manager and local labor. For Novi we book the target dates, coordinate with the show's general contractor and level every fixture before your engineers arrive.
Can we rent a booth for SAE WCX?
Yes. Rental structures with your graphics, custom component fixtures on a rental frame, or a fully custom build are all available. Most first-time WCX exhibitors start with a 10×10 or 10×20 rental and invest in the fixture and lighting.
When do we need to decide?
Design sign-off by mid-February gives a comfortable 30 to 45-day build and an early-April ship date. Later is possible; the trade-off is a shorter fixture test-fit and higher freight cost for the Novi advance warehouse.
Do you handle the WCX exhibitor paperwork and drayage?
We read the WCX exhibitor kit, file the forms that concern the booth, order material handling and electrical through the show's general contractor, and keep you copied on every deadline so nothing depends on a form you did not know about.
