Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Key dates
- Late January 2027: Design sign-off, model mount engineering and any hall-specific structure drawings submitted.
- February 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY; graphics proofed against approved mission imagery and cleared content.
- Mid-March 2027: Booth, plinths and transit cases ship to the advance warehouse for Colorado Springs.
- April 10–11, 2027: Move-in at The Broadmoor; Purple installs, mounts models and runs the pre-show checklist before the doors open.
- April 12–15, 2027: Show days; a Purple project manager is on call for the whole run.
- April 15–16, 2027: Dismantle, models packed to their cases, booth to storage or the next show.

Checklist
- Pull booth number, hall and footprint from your Space Foundation contract
- List every model and component with dimensions, mass, mounting points and fragile features
- Decide which content is public on the aisle and which stays in the briefing room
- Choose the one mission story the aisle face will tell
- Send logo, brand palette and approved mission imagery to Purple
- Approve the concept rendering, model mounts and lighting plan
- Book Broadmoor or Colorado Springs hotels early; the resort fills
- Assign a booth host who can route visitors to the right engineer
