Space, satellite & aerospace technology

Space hardware and services operate at a scale visitors cannot experience on the show floor. A strong exhibit bridges that distance with a clear mission story, physical references and a concise explanation of your role in the system.

Make the mission understandable at a glance.

Satellite models, mission context and partner briefings shaped for the space community’s Colorado Springs gathering.

How Purple plans any show ↗

A CONCEPT FOR SPACE SYMPOSIUM

Connect the mission from orbit to the user.

Space hardware and services can be difficult to explain at exhibition scale. A sequence gives the visitor a way to locate your contribution.

01

Mission purpose

State the application the mission supports before introducing the hardware or service catalogue.

02

Space segment

Use a model, component or approved visual to explain the relevant role in orbit. Label physical scale clearly.

03

Ground connection

Show how the capability connects to ground systems, operations or the delivery of information.

04

Partner conversation

Give prospective partners a table for interfaces, timelines and the next technical discussion.

01

DEMONSTRATION STRATEGY

Translate scale without losing the engineering story

Choose a physical reference that explains the relevant relationship. A scaled spacecraft model can orient the visitor, while a full-size component reveals detail that a small model cannot. Label each clearly and provide the approved context that connects them.

Use the graphics to identify what the company supplies and where it fits in the mission. Avoid an attractive but ambiguous collection of space imagery. A concise system relationship and a specialist who can explain it make the display useful to a potential partner.

THE PEOPLE. THE PRODUCT. THE MOMENT.

Big ideas meet face to face.

A model can start the conversation; the people around it make the connection. Pair the spectacle of space technology with approachable explanations and well-hosted meetings.

A DIFFERENT DISPLAY FOR EACH OFFER

Space, satellite & aerospace technology.
Designed in context.

Confirm model scale, mounting points, fragile elements and any moving or illuminated features. Define screen formats and approved mission content. Separate public demonstrations from material your team plans to use only in appropriate meetings.

01

Satellites & spacecraft models

Use a model or selected component to make scale and function understandable. Review viewing angles, support details and protective packing early.

02

Ground systems & data

Connect screens to a clear operational scenario. Give visitors a simple overview and technical teams a deeper workflow to inspect.

03

Launch & aerospace suppliers

Make the specific capability visible through parts, materials and application graphics. Provide a place to discuss integration and delivery requirements.

THE TECHNICAL REHEARSAL

Build around the assigned exhibition location

The Broadmoor setting makes exact assignment and delivery information essential. Work from the organizer’s current space documentation, receiving instructions and service requirements rather than assuming every exhibit uses the same access route or installation conditions.

Review crate dimensions and delicate models early. Confirm who handles each component, how it reaches the display and which furniture must be installed afterward. Keep partner meetings practical with presentation access, a host position and an agreed method for locating the correct technical team member.

Who can coordinate a Space Symposium exhibit build at the Broadmoor

Plan protective transport for models, components and screens, including unpacking space and assembly access. Verify the precise exhibition location and receiving instructions within The Broadmoor event arrangement before routing shipments.

Venue & halls

Full event: April 12–15, 2027.

The Broadmoor hosts the April 12–15 symposium. Current exhibit information names Bartolin, Broadmoor and Colorado Halls for 2026; 2027 hall allocation remains unverified.

Height & hanging signs

The symposium’s hall-specific structure and rigging allowances need the issued 2027 rules. No numerical limit has been carried forward from previous editions.

Drayage & labor

Public registration and exhibit-center pages do not establish 2027 model handling, rigging charges or contractor labor rights. Obtain the exhibitor service instructions for the assigned hall.

LET THE EXPERIENCE CHOOSE THE FOOTPRINT

Scale the mission, not just the model.

A launch provider, component supplier and downstream data business need different starting points. The exhibit should identify yours before asking the visitor to interpret a model.

SPACE SYMPOSIUM · EXHIBITOR QUESTIONS

Space-exhibit decisions before the Broadmoor.

Discuss your requirements ↗
Can the exhibit combine spacecraft models with mission demonstrations?

Yes. Purple can coordinate the model display, lighting, screens, graphics and visitor path around your mission story. Provide technical specifications and approved content so the physical design supports the intended presentation.

Should we bring a full-size component or a scale model?

Choose the object that explains the role most clearly. A scale model can show the overall relationship; a full-size component can reveal interfaces and detail. Both may work together when the labels make their scale and purpose unambiguous.

How can a space services company exhibit without hardware?

Use a clear mission or application sequence, approved representative outputs and a focused partner meeting area. The visitor should be able to identify where the service fits without needing to interpret unrelated space imagery.

Why do you need the exact Broadmoor exhibit assignment early?

It informs the receiving, access and installation plan as well as the available footprint. Models, crates and larger features must be reviewed against the current instructions for that assigned location.

What affects Space Symposium booth costs in Colorado Springs?

Precision model fixtures, protective cases, integrated lighting, digital presentations and meeting capacity can drive costs. Allocate space to the clearest explanation of the capability rather than assuming every component needs a separate display.

JUST SHOW UP.

Give the mission a powerful physical presence.

Share the satellite, subsystem or mission capability you want people to understand. Include model dimensions and the partner meetings driving your symposium plan.
