Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Key dates
- Mid-April 2027: Design sign-off, sample list locked and hanging-sign or rigging drawings submitted.
- Late April to May 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY; custom mounts test-fitted with your real hardware and graphics proofed.
- Early June 2027: Booth ships to the advance warehouse in Anaheim; drayage and labor orders filed.
- Late June 2027: Move-in to Hall A on the booked target slot; our on-site team installs and runs the pre-show checklist before the June 29 reception.
- June 30–July 1, 2027: Show days; a Purple project manager is on call for the full run.
- July 1–2, 2027: Dismantle after close, hardware packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

Checklist
- Pull booth number, footprint and open sides from the Space Tech Expo contract
- List the hardware samples you will show with dimensions, weights and handling rules
- Write the one-line capability statement your engineers agree on
- Decide which drawings, program references and customer names are approved for public display
- Choose the demo: live hardware, guided screen or scale model
- Send logo, brand palette and product photography to Purple
- Approve the concept rendering, mount details and lighting plan
- Book rooms at the Anaheim Marriott or Hilton Anaheim and flights into John Wayne
