Four things we get right for Space Tech Expo exhibitors
1Name the capability before the mission
A visitor who recognizes your product category in three seconds stays; one who has to decode a spacecraft backdrop walks on. We lead with a plain statement of what you supply, then let precise mounts, accurate diagrams and one approved application image carry the detail, in the terminology your engineers use.
2Mount small hardware so it reads
Connectors, boards and machined parts disappear on an open table. We build custom mounts that hold each sample at eye level with consistent labels, add a close-up image or cross-section where a detail matters, and group hardware by product family so the booth reads as a system, not a parts bin.
Route visitors to the right engineer
A greeter who can route a visitor to the right engineer is worth more than another screen. We split the floor plan into a quick capability introduction near the aisle, a technical station for close inspection, and a meeting table set back so a qualified discussion does not block the next visitor.
Design for controlled information
Export-controlled drawings and customer program references need a plan before the doors open. We orient demo screens away from the aisle, build lockable storage into the furniture, label representative models honestly, and keep controlled material at the meeting table rather than on public display.

Logistics for Space Tech Expo 2027, handled
The Anaheim Convention Center is a union hall under the Greater Los Angeles and Orange County trade show labor agreement, so exhibit installation runs through contracted labor. Hand-carry is limited to what one person can bring in without tools in under 30 minutes with no dimension over 10 feet; everything else moves through the docks with the show contractor. Hall A sits within 815,000 square feet of exhibit space. We plan drayage at about $170 to $180 per hundredweight with a 200-pound minimum, ship to the advance warehouse, file the labor and service orders, and put your Purple project manager on the floor to direct the contracted labor. Your team stays at the Anaheim Marriott or Hilton Anaheim next door and walks in.

How much does a 20×20 at Space Tech Expo cost?
A complete 10×20 rental runs $7,500 to $15,000, a 20×20 rental island $16,000 to $40,000 and a 20×20 custom island $50,000 to $120,000, covering design, structure, graphics and installation. Custom hardware mounts, a hanging sign and screen content move the number, so send us your sample list and footprint and we return a fixed quote within days.
Can you install at the Anaheim Convention Center?
We install there with your own Purple project manager directing the Southern California union labor the hall requires, and we handle Hall A dock scheduling, drayage paperwork and the hand-carry rules so nothing sits on the truck. Your team arrives the morning of June 30 to a finished, tested booth.
Can we rent a booth for Space Tech Expo?
Yes. Rental structures with printed graphics, custom component walls on a rental frame, or a fully custom build are all options. First-time Space Tech Expo exhibitors usually start with a 10×20 rental between $7,500 and $15,000 and add custom mounts for their hardware.
When do we need to decide?
Design sign-off by mid-April 2027 gives us a 30 to 45 day build and a ship date in early June for the advance warehouse. We can compress the schedule after that; the trade-off is finish choices and expedited freight, so an earlier decision buys a better booth for the same money.
Do you handle the show contractor orders and drayage?
Yes. We read the Space Tech Expo exhibitor kit, order material handling, labor, electrical and rigging from the show contractor, book the target move-in slot for Hall A, and keep you copied on every deadline. You approve the design and the budget; we file the rest.
