Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Key dates
- Late February 2027: Design sign-off, hanging-sign and structure drawings ready for Shepard where required.
- March 2027: Production in our shop; graphics proofed against your real textile samples.
- Mid-April 2027: Booth, sample furniture and panels ship to the Shepard advance warehouse in Atlanta.
- Early May 2027: Targeted move-in at the Georgia World Congress Center; our on-site team installs and runs the pre-show checklist.
- May 11–13, 2027: Show days; a Purple project manager is on call for the whole run.
- May 13–14, 2027: Dismantle, samples packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

Checklist
- Pull booth number, hall and footprint from the Techtextil contract
- List the applications you want to lead with: protective, mobility, medical, filtration or building
- Send sample formats, panel sizes, weights and handling rules for each material
- Choose the hero application example and the edited comparison set
- Decide whether a coating, finishing or process demo will run in the booth
- Send logo, brand palette and macro photography of the constructions
- Approve the concept rendering, the rigging plan and the lighting plan
- Book hotels on International Boulevard and plan sample restocking and returns
