Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Key dates
- By March 1, 2027: Design sign-off with machine envelopes, power and air requirements locked; island drawings submitted where required.
- March 2027: Production in our shop; graphics proofed against your samples and machine finishes.
- Mid-April 2027: Booth and demo furniture ship to the Shepard advance warehouse in Atlanta; your machinery freight is scheduled to the same target.
- May 8–10, 2027: Targeted move-in; our on-site team installs, connects services and runs the pre-show demo check.
- May 11–13, 2027: Show days; a Purple project manager is on call for the whole run.
- May 13–14, 2027: Dismantle, machines crated to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

Checklist
- Pull booth number, building and footprint from the Texprocess Americas contract
- List every machine with dimensions, weight, operator envelope, power and air needs
- Choose the one transformation the demo will show and the finished sample it produces
- Decide whether a camera-to-screen feed is needed for the working area
- Name who owns machine setup, demo scripting and replenishment during the show
- Send logo, brand palette and product photography to Purple
- Approve the concept rendering and the demo sightline plan
- Book hotels near Centennial Olympic Park or the airport and plan machinery return freight
