What makes Texprocess Americas different, and how we build for it
Texprocess Americas is the one North American floor where sewn-product production is shown running. Messe Frankfurt and SPESA build the show around Machinery & Technology in Action, Solutions for Smarter Production and the Education & Industry Insight programme, and Techtextil North America shares the Georgia World Congress Center halls, so a material buyer and a machinery buyer walk the same aisles. Visitors come to watch a cut, a seam or a software pass, then inspect what came out. A booth that gives the operator room, gets the small action onto a screen and puts the finished piece within reach earns the second conversation about fit in their own plant.
A machine they can watch complete a cycle, the throughput and floor-space numbers beside it, and a specialist who can talk about integration with their line.
Finished samples they can handle, organized by application such as apparel, upholstery or automotive, with a quiet table to discuss capacity and lead times.
A close-up view of the working area, a software workstation with a prepared project, and access to the technical team for detailed questions.

Booth options for Texprocess Americas 2027
Pick a footprint. We’ll price it as a rental, a custom build, or a hybrid.
Texprocess Americas floors mix machinery islands from the automation and cutting brands with 10×10 and 10×20 inlines from software, needle and component suppliers. Most Purple clients here take a 10×20 with one running machine or a 20×20 island with two demo stations, a sample wall and a meeting table under a hanging sign.

One sewing head or a software workstation, a labeled sample board and a stool for a conversation.

See 10×20 rental booths →
Two demo stations, a cutting table or automation cell with clear sightlines, a sample library by application and an open meeting area under a hanging sign.
See 20×20 rental booths →
A full production sequence from pattern to finished piece, several machines with power and air, a theater for scheduled demos and a closed meeting room.
See 20×30 rental booths →All-in 2026 ranges for design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle; booth space, drayage and show services are separate. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show. Designing for sewn-product machinery, cutting and software at Texprocess Americas
Four things we get right for Texprocess Americas exhibitors

Design for the operator first
A machine needs more than its footprint: an operator position, material supply, a place for finished pieces and access for the technician. We take those dimensions from your equipment team before we draw the visitor edge, so the demo runs in comfort instead of the leftover space.

Put the small action on screen
A seam, a cut or a fastener is hard to see from the aisle. We mount a camera on the working area and feed a monitor at eye height, aligned with the machine, so visitors follow the detail while the operator keeps room to handle the material properly.
Give the output a destination
Every demo ends with a piece someone can pick up. We build an inspection surface beside the machine, organize samples by application, apparel, upholstery, automotive, and hide replenishment stock inside the furniture so the comparison area never becomes a supply shelf.
Software needs a physical anchor
CAD, virtual prototyping and cutting-room software land better next to the pattern, cut part or garment they produced. We build shared-view workstations with a prepared project, keep interface content legible from standing height and skip the autoplay reel.

Concept rendering
Every proposal comes with a rendering like this
You see the booth in 3D before we cut a single panel: layout, graphics, lighting and product positions, revised until it is right. Shown: a Purple concept for Unica.

Logistics for Texprocess Americas 2027, handled
Georgia is a right-to-work state, so your own full-time staff can work alongside our crew on assembly, while drayage, power and compressed air route through Shepard as the official contractor. The Georgia World Congress Center runs three connected buildings, A, B and C, with different dock and freight-elevator access, and our planning rate for drayage is about $150 per hundredweight with a 200-pound minimum. We file the exhibitor-appointed contractor notice and insurance certificate, book your Shepard targets, ship to the advance warehouse, arrange pallet jacks and lift equipment for the machinery, and put our Atlanta crew on the floor. Hotels along International Boulevard are a short walk, and MARTA stops at the campus door.
Hall rules, drayage estimates and freight deadlines for this building are in our Georgia World Congress Center exhibitor guide.

Texprocess Americas exhibitor questions
Questions exhibitors ask us before Texprocess Americas
How much does a 20×20 at Texprocess Americas cost?
A 20×20 custom island lands between $50,000 and $120,000 all in for design, structure, graphics and installation, and a 20×20 rental island between $16,000 and $40,000. A 10×20 inline runs $7,500 to $15,000 as a rental. Machine power, air and a camera-to-screen demo move the number; send your machine list and we return a fixed quote.
Can you install at the Georgia World Congress Center?
Yes. Our Atlanta crew installs at the GWCC and knows the dock differences between Buildings A, B and C. Georgia is a right-to-work state, so your own technicians can set the machines beside our installers while Shepard handles drayage and utilities. We arrange the pallet jacks and lift equipment your cutting tables and sewing systems need.
Can we rent a booth for Texprocess Americas?
Yes. Rental structures with your graphics, custom demo counters and a hybrid of the two are all available. Most first-time Texprocess exhibitors start with a 10×20 rental built around one running machine and a sample counter, then upgrade the feature wall the next edition.
When do we need to decide?
Design sign-off by March 1 gives a comfortable 30 to 45-day build and a mid-April ship date to the Shepard advance warehouse. Later is possible; the trade-off is choice of finishes and freight cost, and machine power and air orders get more expensive after the early deadline.
Do you handle Shepard orders and drayage?
Yes. We read the exhibitor kit, order Shepard material handling, power and compressed air, file the exhibitor-appointed contractor paperwork and keep you copied on every deadline. Your machinery ships to the same target date as the booth so nothing sits on the dock.
