Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires

- Parking: $20 flat event fee in the center's 800-space garage (venue rate)
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early April 2027
- Early April 2027: Design sign-off, device specs locked and island or covered-stand drawings prepared for fire plan review.
- April to mid-May 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; graphics proofed with your product photography and translated literature.
- Late May 2027: Booth and equipment platforms ship to the show contractor's advance warehouse with hurricane-season margin.
- Days before June 16, 2027: Targeted move-in through the North or South Loading Dock; our project manager leads the install and tests every demo station.
- June 16–18, 2027: Show days; our project manager is on call and resets the stand each morning.
- After the June 18 close: Dismantle, devices packed to your return plan, booth back to storage for WHX Miami 2028 or your next show.

Checklist
- Send us your plot number, hall and footprint from the WHX Miami contract
- List every device with packed and demo dimensions, weight, power and service access
- Note each unit's FDA and other market approvals for the plinth graphics
- Choose the languages and translated literature for the distributor table
- Decide whether to join the VIP Connections Program and Matchmaking meetings
- Decide who handles import paperwork for equipment shipped from outside the US
- Send Purple your logo files, brand colors and product photos
- Reserve rooms early: Washington Avenue for crew, the Loews or Fontainebleau for clients
