WHX Miami is the show formerly known as FIME, now part of Informa Markets' World Health Expo network with Dubai, Lagos and Bangkok, and it is built around buyers from abroad: 120+ visiting countries and 60+ exhibiting countries in 2025. Inside WHX Miami 2027
WHX Miami rules that shape your booth
WHX Miami is moving away from disposable stands built once from low-grade materials, and grades reusable stands Bronze, Silver or Gold by structure, platform, lighting, signage, ceiling and graphics. We build modular stands that ship back to storage and return next year.
Custom and semi-custom stands go on space-only plots; shell scheme stands come as three modular panels on a pole frame. We design to the plot dimensions in your contract and keep shell-scheme neighbors' sight lines in mind.
WHX Miami's pipe and drape booths come with a rear drape and 36-inch side drapes. When you start in one, we supply a backlit back wall, a counter and a monitor stand that sit inside that drape line.
Individual pods are built for exhibitors in the Innovation and Technology zone, each with a 42-inch TV, two stools and a custom-built area. We print pod graphics and load your demo content for that screen.
In 2026 printed badges were mandatory and valid for all three event days, picked up at registration from the digital badge in the WHX Events app. We get your staff list in early so every badge is printed before the first morning.

Where you could be at WHX Miami 2027
The Miami Beach Convention Center has four contiguous exhibition halls on one level, with two loading docks. The organizer has not named WHX Miami's 2027 halls, so this is how the halls this building uses shape a stand.
Exhibition halls A to D
Four configurable, contiguous halls totaling 491,654 sq ft, used together or apart depending on the show's size.
Our advice Heavy imaging and diagnostic units arrive by forklift, so we place them on the side of your plot nearest the freight aisle and build platforms to their weights.
North and South Loading Docks
The building has two docks: an enclosed north dock of 108,543 sq ft with 19 bays and a south dock of 31,020 sq ft with 13 bays.
Our advice Crates get labeled for the dock nearest your hall, and we lock in an early truck target, since a truck that misses its slot waits off the island.
Grand Ballroom and junior ballrooms
A 60,979 sq ft Grand Ballroom with 17,950 sq ft of pre-function space, plus four junior ballrooms and up to 84 meeting rooms.
Our advice If you host a distributor briefing or a dinner off the floor, we bring portable graphics and a screen stand that roll in from the exhibit level.

Logistics for WHX Miami 2027, handled
Florida has a right-to-work law, so people on your own payroll can place product and assemble light pieces with hand tools, while any hired hands come from the show contractor or from us as your registered EAC. The building keeps rigging, electrical, internet, cleaning and catering for its own vendors, and we place those orders in the first wave. Freight trucks stage off the island, then come over one of three causeways to a north dock with 19 bays or a south dock with 13. Miami Beach Fire Prevention reviews any covered or two-level stand; we draw and submit that package. June is the start of hurricane season, so crates reach the advance warehouse early.

How much does a booth at WHX Miami 2027 cost?
Two separate bills. Informa Markets quotes stand space and packages on application, and its 2027 rates are not confirmed yet. Our build is fixed on the proposal: a 10×20 rental runs $7,500 to $15,000 and a custom 20×20 island $50,000 to $120,000. Heavy diagnostic units, the venue's exclusive electrical and a private meeting room move it most.
What kinds of booths does WHX Miami sell?
Six formats: space-only plots for custom or semi-custom stands, shell scheme stands with three modular panels on a pole frame, Eco Flex booths placed in set zones, pipe and drape booths with 36-inch side drapes, and Innovation and Technology zone pods with a 42-inch screen and two stools. We build on space-only plots.
Can you install at the Miami Beach Convention Center?
We register as your EAC, order the building's exclusive power, rigging and internet, book a truck target at the right dock and put our project manager on the floor with hired local hands. Under Florida's right-to-work rules your own full-time staff can also place product and handle light assembly.
Can we rent a booth for WHX Miami?
A 10×20 rental with your graphics runs $7,500 to $15,000 and suits a first WHX Miami year. Rental frames are reusable by design, which fits the organizer's Better Stands push away from single-use stands, and we add custom device mounts and counters when the equipment needs them.
What does drayage cost at the Miami Beach Convention Center?
The show contractor bills you by weight at the tariff printed in the WHX Miami exhibitor kit. Before that kit is published we budget with Purple's 2026 venue-guide figure for this building, about $170 per hundredweight plus the usual minimum and surcharges. Off-island truck staging costs hours, not dollars, so we secure an early target.
Do you handle the show contractor orders and drayage?
All of it. We go through the WHX Miami exhibitor kit line by line, order material handling, labor and furniture from the show contractor, hit the advance-warehouse ship date, put EMPTY labels on crates at unpack and file the outbound material handling agreement at close. You get a copy of each order and each due date.
Can we reuse the booth at other medical shows?
Reuse is the point here, since WHX Miami grades stands on it. We build modular frames that carry on to MD&M East in New York, AAMI eXchange in Fort Lauderdale or Medtrade with new graphics, and we hold the kit in storage until WHX Miami 2028.
When is WHX Miami 2027?
WHX Miami 2027 runs Wednesday, June 16 to Friday, June 18, 2027 at the Miami Beach Convention Center. The 2026 edition ran June 17 to 19 in the same building, and the organizer's Apply for a booth form is open.
When is the exhibit hall open at WHX Miami 2027?
Not confirmed yet. Informa has announced the June 16 to 18, 2027 event dates but has not yet published the 2027 exhibition days or opening times. In 2026 the floor opened all three days, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, and we plan staffing on that pattern until the new times appear.
