Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space: $3,600 per 10×10 for WQA members, $5,700 non-members, 50% deposit, 2027
- Corner and admin fees: $200 per exposed corner and $250 per company, 2027

Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-February 2027
- Mid-February 2027: Design sign-off, demo mode chosen (wet, dry or digital) and any island drawings filed with WQA.
- Late February to March 2027: Production in our Fishkill, NY shop over 30 to 45 days; plinths and demo counters built to your tank and skid weights.
- Early April 2027: Booth, crated systems and demo supplies ship to the advance warehouse in Phoenix.
- April 28, 2027: Install, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; our project manager and hired local labor set systems and plumb the demo.
- April 29, 2027: Final install window 8 to 11 a.m., then the expo opens 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- April 30, 2027: Expo 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., dismantle 2 to 8 p.m., systems recrated and the booth to storage.

Checklist
- Send us your booth number and footprint from the WQA contract
- List every system, tank and skid with dimensions and weights
- Choose the demo mode: contained water, dry cutaway or on-screen process view
- Decide on Hosted Water Pros sponsorship and how many scheduled meetings to seat
- Note January 18, 2027, when WQA starts reviewing Hosted Water Pros dealer applications
- Book rooms through MCI USA, WQA's official housing provider
- Approve the concept rendering, lighting plan and demo counter drawing by mid-February 2027
