WQA charges $3,600 per 10×10 unit for members ($5,700 for non-members), plus $200 per exposed corner and a $250 admin fee, so a member 20×20 island is $14,400 in space plus corners. A custom 20×20 from us adds $50,000 to $120,000; contained water demos and heavy plinths move our number.

Our project manager handles installation, demo start-up and dismantle on WQA's schedule: April 28 install, a morning window on April 29 and dismantle from 2 p.m. on April 30. Your full-time staff can hand-carry, and we book the official contractor or Stagehand Local #36 for anything that needs a forklift.

A complete 10×20 rental runs $7,500 to $15,000, with your graphics, a demo counter and product plinths included. Many first-time WQA exhibitors start with a rental and add a custom cutaway display for the system they most want dealers to inspect.

WQA books space by contract with a 50% deposit. Our side needs the design approved by mid-February 2027, which leaves time to plumb and test the demo in Fishkill before crates leave for Phoenix in early April. Tell us early whether the demo runs wet, dry or on screen.

Yes. Once WQA's kit is out we complete its booth forms, place labor, power and material handling orders with the official contractor and price drayage crate by crate. You get one deadline list and we own it.

The expo runs two days: April 29, 2027 from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., followed by a networking reception, and April 30 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., after a 9:30 a.m. continental breakfast in the Expo Foyer. Education starts April 28, when exhibitors move in.

Qualified dealers apply to the Hosted Water Pros Program, receive a $750 travel stipend and commit to at least eight booth appointments booked through the WQA Convention App. Exhibitors join through sponsorship, which guarantees meetings; the 2026 program scheduled 196.

Inline booths include an ID sign, 3-foot side drapes and an 8-foot back drape. The first 10×10 brings three exhibitor badges and two customer passes, each added 10×10 one badge and two passes, plus an online listing and pre- and post-show attendee mailing lists.

Water treatment brands often take the same kit to AWWA ACE for municipal utilities or Pittcon for lab and testing buyers. We design modular walls, store them between shows and swap graphics for each audience.
