Complete treatment systems
Organize the display around the product’s installation and service workflow. Keep controls, connection points and maintenance features visible.
WQA CONVENTION & EXPO 2027 · EXHIBITS
Give water treatment buyers a practical way to explore the system. Purple designs WQA exhibits with product displays, clear process stories and demonstration spaces for manufacturers, suppliers and dealer-focused brands.

Water treatment & filtration
A water treatment system is easier to understand when visitors can follow the path through it. Connect the inlet, treatment stages and output with a clear display, then make room for questions about installation, service and applications.
Filtration cutaways, treatment stages and dealer conversations that explain the system beyond its housing.
How Purple plans any show ↗A VERIFIED PURPLE PROJECT
KLEEMANN offers a documented building-systems exhibit with product interaction and dealer-style conversations. Its product-interaction layout is a related technical-display reference; a WQA installation is not established.

FROM PURPLE’S PORTFOLIO
GOTEC pump displays provide a direct equipment reference from Purple’s portfolio. Voltronic Power’s technical exhibit adds a reference for electrical-engineering conversations; it is not presented as water-treatment equipment or a WQA installation.

PRODUCT STUDY
A live water display can make a process visible, but it also introduces setup, operating and clean-up tasks. A dry assembly or cutaway may be better for showing component arrangement and maintenance access. Digital content can explain the internal sequence alongside either approach.
Have the technical team define the proposed operation, then check relevant venue services and organizer requirements. Document any connections, containment, replenishment and shutdown tasks. Make the mode apparent to visitors so a static display is not mistaken for a working process.
A DIFFERENT DISPLAY FOR EACH OFFER
Decide whether systems will operate dry, with contained demonstration water or through a digital explanation. Confirm all proposed water, drainage, electrical and spill-management arrangements with the venue and responsible specialists before production.
Organize the display around the product’s installation and service workflow. Keep controls, connection points and maintenance features visible.
Use cutaways, sample displays and concise labels to show the function of each part. Plan storage and handling for replacement samples.
Create a readable demonstration with the equipment, sample material and screen outputs in one compact area. Define the conditions of any comparison clearly.
A CONCEPT FOR WQA CONVENTION & EXPO
A treatment display should explain the flow and reveal the connections, controls and service details that a dealer or installer wants to examine.
Identify the incoming connection and the application the system is intended to address.
Give each relevant stage a clear label, using a cutaway or diagram where the physical housing conceals the process.
Connect the system to its intended use with approved product information. Make the demonstration mode clear.
Allow a specialist to show access panels, replacement components and installation details without moving the whole display.

THE PEOPLE. THE PRODUCT. THE MOMENT.
Bring dealers close to the connections and let the product team walk through the system. An approachable demonstration counter gives installation and service questions somewhere to land.

Mount the system so important connections and controls remain visible. Leave enough room for the specialist to demonstrate service access using approved components. Keep small fittings and replacement parts organized rather than spreading them across the visitor counter.
Provide a nearby surface for an application discussion and selected product information. If different configurations share the same display, label them clearly and give the team a simple way to change the explanation. The goal is a product the visitor can understand, not simply a cabinet filled with equipment.
Protect tanks, housings and transparent display components with packaging matched to their dimensions and weight. Define how demonstration liquids or supplies are handled, and coordinate the final receiving and installation requirements for the Phoenix assignment.
LET THE EXPERIENCE CHOOSE THE FOOTPRINT
A contained-water demonstration, a dry cutaway and a digital process view have different requirements. Decide which tells the story before ordering connections or fabricating the counter.
2027 · ORGANIZER FACT FILE
Full event: April 28–30, 2027. Expo: April 29–30.
Phoenix Convention Center hosts education April 28–30 and exhibits April 29–30. The prospectus does not establish the hall name.
Official source ↗The preliminary 2027 schedule lists installation April 28, 8–6, and April 29, 8–11; dismantling April 30, 2–8. Confirm the overlap with Thursday’s 10:30 opening.
Official source ↗The prospectus specifies an 8 ft inline back drape, which is not a complete height rule. Island and overhead-sign allowances still need the 2027 service kit.
Official source ↗WQA’s public checklist mixes 2026 and 2027 dates and still references Miami suppliers. Phoenix handling and labor instructions require a corrected 2027 kit.
Official source ↗The new prospectus lists an audience scale of 2,500+ without clearly dating that total. Its 2026 exhibitor overview gives survey results, not an exact company count.
Official source ↗The Hosted Water Pros program is planned to expand in Phoenix after facilitating 196 exhibitor meetings in 2026.

WQA CONVENTION & EXPO · EXHIBITOR QUESTIONS
A working demonstration can be explored after reviewing the equipment and the current venue requirements. Purple can coordinate the display environment and included services; your technical team defines operation, connections and demonstration controls.
No. A dry assembly, cutaway or digital process view may explain the relevant feature more clearly. A wet demonstration should be chosen only after its operation and required services are reviewed for the assigned exhibit.
Keep connections, controls and service panels accessible from a comfortable visitor position. Use selected components and a clear explanation from the specialist, with storage for fittings and replacement items.
Yes, when the configuration changes are clearly labelled. Use a consistent process diagram and identify which physical components or approved examples apply to each setup. Avoid leaving visitors to infer the differences.
Plumbing demonstrations, custom stands, cutaway displays, sample storage and service orders can affect cost. Compare a contained display or cutaway with a fully operating system and choose the format that best supports the visitor’s understanding.
Protect tanks, housings and transparent display components with packaging matched to their dimensions and weight. Define how demonstration liquids or supplies are handled, and coordinate the final receiving and installation requirements for the Phoenix assignment.
JUST SHOW UP.
