KBIS EXPERIENCE

A KBIS Exhibit Booth Built to Be Remembered

Hundreds of leading kitchen and bath brands compete for attention at KBIS. Your exhibit needs
to do more than look attractive—it needs to communicate your value quickly, display your
products properly and give attendees a reason to step inside.

A strong KBIS exhibit booth brings architecture, lighting, graphics, product integration and visitor
flow together into one clear brand experience. Every element must support what your team
came to accomplish, whether that means launching a product, meeting dealers, demonstrating
technology, strengthening relationships or generating qualified leads

Purple Exhibits creates custom environments that feel polished, intentional and unmistakably yours.

No generic booth

No disconnected vendors

No last-minute chaos

Just one powerful space built around your brand, products and goals.

One KBIS Exhibit Builder. Every Detail Covered.

A successful KBIS exhibit requires much more than a rendering and a few walls. Kitchen and
bath booths frequently include cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, working appliances, lighting systems, heavy samples, water connections, LED displays and detailed lifestyle environments.

Every component must fit. Every service must arrive on time. Every installation detail must be coordinated correctly.

As your full-service KBIS exhibit builder, Purple Exhibits manages the complete project underone roof:

Creative strategy and booth design
Custom exhibit fabrication
Rental and hybrid exhibit systems
Engineering & production drawings
Product and equipment integration
Exhibit graphics & branded signage
Flooring, furniture and lighting
LED walls and audiovisual equipment
Hanging signs and rigging coordination
Electrical, plumbing & internet coordination
Shipping, freight & material handling
Installation and dismantling
On-site project supervision
Show-service coordination
Storage, refurbishment and reuse

One team. One plan. One point of responsibility.

That means fewer vendors, fewer surprises and a KBIS booth that is ready when the show floor
opens.

Complete KBIS Exhibit Booth Services

Custom KBIS Exhibit Design

Every project begins with your brand, audience, products and objectives. Our designers create
a booth around the experience you want visitors to have—not around a recycled template.

We plan sightlines, entrances, product displays, demonstrations, meeting spaces, storage and
visitor flow so the booth works as strongly as it looks

Custom Fabrication and Production

Once the design is approved, our production team turns the concept into a show-ready environment. Depending on the project, the booth may combine engineered modular frames, custom millwork, SEG graphics, illuminated lightboxes, dimensional signage, flooring, product displays and audiovisual technology.

The components are checked before shipping to identify fit, finish or graphic issues before they reach Las Vegas.

KBIS Booth Rentals and Hybrid Exhibits

Not every exhibitor needs to purchase a completely custom structure. Purple Exhibits offers rental and hybrid KBIS booth solutions that combine reusable exhibit systems with custom graphics, product displays and branded architectural features.

This approach can deliver a premium appearance while improving flexibility, storage requirements and long-term value.

Exhibit Graphics, Lighting and Signage

The right graphics tell attendees who you are before they enter the booth. Strategic lighting adds depth, highlights products and creates a polished environment that photographs beautifully.

Depending on the design, your KBIS exhibit may include fabric graphics, lightboxes, dimensional logos, overhead signage, vinyl graphics, LED accent lighting, product lighting and large digital displays.

Trade Show Logistics and Shipping

A beautiful booth is only valuable if every component reaches the venue safely and on time.

Purple Exhibits coordinates packing, freight, advance- warehouse delivery, venue delivery, material handling and outbound shipping. We track the movement of the exhibit and organize the documentation needed to keep the project moving.

Installation, Dismantling and On-Site Supervision

Our installation crews assemble the booth, place graphics, integrate products, install equipment and complete the final show-floor inspection.

An experienced supervisor can remain involved during setup to coordinate labor, solve issues and verify that the finished exhibit matches the approved plan. When KBIS closes, we manage dismantling, repacking and outbound logistics.

Built for Kitchen and Bath Brands

KBIS exhibits need to feel like more than temporary trade show structures. Visitors expect to experience products in environments that demonstrate how they look, function and fit into real spaces.
Purple Exhibits designs KBIS booths for companies including:
Cabinetry manufacturers
Appliance brands
Plumbing & fixture companies
Countertop & surface manufacturers
Kitchen and bath hardware brands
Lighting companies
Smart-home technology providers
Bathroom furniture & accessory brands
Ventilation companies
Water-technology brands
We understand that a cabinet door needs room to open, a faucet demonstration may need working water, a premium appliance needs the right lighting and a countertop cannot be treated like a lightweight graphic panel.
Your products deserve to be displayed with the same attention that went into creating them.
Award-Winning KBIS Experience

Fabuwood 2026

Proof, Not Promises

For KBIS 2026, Purple Exhibits helped Fabuwood transform its cabinetry into an immersive, whole-home brand experience.

Instead of presenting traditional rows of product samples, the exhibit guided visitors through 13 fully designed lifestyle rooms. Each environment had its own atmosphere, personality and sound, demonstrating how Fabuwood cabinetry could extend far beyond the kitchen.

The entire experience was developed around one powerful idea: music has a feeling—and so does every room.

Our KBIS Exhibit Design and Build Process

Discovery and Strategy

We begin by understanding your products, brand standards, audience, booth size, budget, meeting requirements and business objectives.

Creative Concept

Our designers develop the architecture, visitor flow, product zones, meeting areas and brand experience. The goal is to create a booth that captures attention while supporting your team’s actual show-floor needs.

Design Development and Engineering

After the concept is approved, we refine materials, dimensions, graphics, lighting, utilities and structural details. Production drawings help align every component before fabrication begins.

Fabrication and Pre-Show Quality Control

The structure, graphics, signage and custom components move into production. Critical elements are inspected and tested before packing.

Show Services and Logistics

Our team coordinates freight, venue requirements, labor, material handling and required show services. We monitor deadlines so essential forms and orders are not left until the last minute.

Installation and Final Inspection

The booth is installed at the Las Vegas Convention Center, products and technology are integrated, and the completed space is checked before your team arrives.

Dismantling, Storage and Reuse

After KBIS, we manage dismantling, repacking and outbound shipping. Reusable components can be stored, refurbished or adapted for future events.

You stay focused on your customers. We stay focused on everything required to make the booth work.

KBIS 2027 Show Information

KBIS 2027 will take place February 2–4, 2027, at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Kitchen & Bath Industry Show brings together manufacturers, designers, architects, builders, remodelers, retailers, dealers, distributors and other residential design professionals. KBIS is co-located with the NAHB International Builders’ Show as part of Design & Construction Week.

Exhibitors should monitor the official KBIS Exhibitor Resource Center for updated regulations, forms, service information and deadlines.

When Should You Start Planning Your KBIS Exhibit?

Large or technically complex KBIS exhibits should begin planning as early as possible. Early
planning provides more time for creative development, product coordination, engineering,
approvals and fabrication.

Starting late does not always make a project impossible, but it reduces options and increases
the risk of rush charges, limited labor availability and avoidable mistakes.

A practical planning schedule may include:

10–12 months before KBIS:

Define goals, budget and booth requirements

8–10 months before KBIS:

Select your KBIS exhibit builder and begin design

6–8 months before KBIS:

Approve the concept and confirm product requirements

4–6 months before KBIS:

Finalize engineering, graphics and show services

2–4 months before KBIS:

Complete production, logistics and installation planning

30–60 days before KBIS:

Confirm shipping, labor, utilities and final details

How Much Does a KBIS Exhibit Booth Cost?

The cost of a KBIS exhibit booth depends on the booth size, construction method, materials, product integration, technology, freight, material handling, utilities and installation requirements.

The physical structure is only one part of the total investment. A realistic KBIS budget may also include booth-space rental, show services, electrical work, plumbing, internet, drayage, labor, furniture, cleaning and outbound shipping.

Purple Exhibits develops proposals around the actual project requirements so exhibitors can understand what is included and where the budget is being used.
